Amazon asking me to review again!The Mint colored bag is still my daily commuter bag. Still the best backpack that holds my laptop and accessories (like the power cord and mouse) and lunch containers and first aid and other supplies kit plus an extra hat and gloves and spare socks, power bank, 24oz water cup, coffee cup or soda, any other incidentals that might be needed! (I was a Girl Scout, we like to be prepared.) It's truly a versatile and sturdy bag. Would have been a great diaper bag when my kids were young. I think the next one will be a canvas one in a red or orange (no idea what's available, I'm just day-dreaming).Update with pics 😊 Dec 29, 2019- At least a year of using this bag every day has elicited some wear but it has held up amazingly well! There is an itty-bitty peel spot on the front, probably from me leaning up against things on the train while commuting. The straps have started to come apart, HOWEVER, (see pics) they are still structurally sound as there is a nylon interior strap that is firmly attached.I have used the bag as a daily commuter to haul my work laptop around in rain and sun (I stay home if it snows). I took it on a 2 week vacation and used it as my primary carry-on. I get compliments on it all the time! Water does not penetrate from the outside but if you spill your water cup in the side pocket the water will seep into the main compartment (oops). This didn't damage anything and was my fault for not having a no-spill cup.I have now purchased and received the mint green bag. It appears to be constructed exactly the same. The nylon reinforcement strapping is a slightly different color which adds some interest. I can tell it will need wiping down more often as it will show the dirt easier! I'm very happy with the color, makes me feel like I'm carrying a little bit of spring around with me. 💚Original review: Exactly what I was looking for. I needed something to hold my laptop, my lunch and my purse. I was tired of being the bag lady during my commute on public transportation. Lunch containers are the gladware-type that are approx 5" on a side. They fit great in the bottom of the bag with my purse on top. Laptop is heavy but the bag is not. Very durable so far. Straps and back are padded. Cup holders on both sides are large enough for my 24oz cup. The top opens wide for full access to the interior. Leather-like texture is pleasant and wipes clean. It could use a couple more interior pockets but it's not the end of the world without them since I still take my purse inside the backpack. Will probably order in more colors.

Beautiful bag. Always receive compliments. I have this in different colors. Very durable. It has been on many travel trips and many under the seat airplane rides. It has held up very well. I can fit many items in side as well as on the outside pockets.

I have had this backpack in pink tan for two years and am just starting to think about getting a new bag. I have used this bag everyday for work (I work with kids, so it gets beat up), I have used it for multiple trips and as my every day lets go to the mall bag. It has held up great. It has a lot of room and I love the way it opens to allow you to see everything in your bag.There is some wear on parts that are high touch areas- the should straps, the base of it. The rest of the bag is in great condition.Highly recommend. I will probably get another one to replace the one I have.

Love this backpack! I’m a special education middle school teacher and I’m constantly traveling throughout the building and this backpack had everything I needed while also being compact and stylish.I was able to fit a large water bottle in the side pocket (as long as I didn’t stuff my backpack) and the laptop slot was perfect for my MacBook. In the large part, I had my laptop and charger, a one-inch teacher binder, a folder, a small notebook, a small plastic tool kit (held staples, rubber bands etc), and a decent sized pencil case. I kept everyday pens and pencils in the open pockets and post its and hall passes in the zipper pocket. In the front small pocket, I keep personal items like chapstick, bandaids, etc., scissors, and an iPad charger.It is perfect! The only flaw is that after one school year, the leather is coming off. There are place where it possibly was pulled by something and now I have a piece of the leather hanging. I leave it and keep pushing it in because if I take it off there’s like a gap/hole in the backpack. It also gets very dirty and I haven’t figured out how to get the black out of the light brown leather.It’s a perfect buy if your ok with wear and tear after a year of use.

I love it! It's large enough for my laptop, Bible, and all of my journals with room to spare! It is a very nicely designed and I love the material!

I have purchased a couple of backpacks in search of the right one, and I was continually disappointed. I searched high and low for this backpack and I am very pleased with it. Here is why:-Water bottle pockets: The two pockets will fit a hydro flask size water bottle (32 oz) That’s right, it will!! Do you know how hard it is to find that? I do! Trust me it’s rare.-Great size: Not to big and bulky but a great size to fit everything I need for work.-Pockets: The perfect amount of pockets to keep your bag organized, but not too many where you forget where you put something. It has a laptop compartment to.-Cushioned backpack straps: Very comfortable and helps distribute the weight.-Classy and professional: This is the perfect backpack for work! Great balance of professional and stylish.If these qualifications are a must for you too, the search is over. You have found your backpack.

Everything about this bag was beautiful except the size. The video device compartment is too small for a normal size laptop. That was the only reason I bought the bag was to transport my laptop on vacation. The bag is very well appointed and the color was beautiful and true to picture. It was advertised as leather but was man made leather rather than real leather which was a bit disappointing.
