NexPak 21" 2000 cu. in. Great Hunting Camping Hiking Backpack DP321 TAN

Terrible backpack - bottom had holes worn through it after 6 months of light duty (commuting). Very thin fabric and lining. Tried to contact Nexpak twice to get a replacement under their "lifetime" warranty - never even answered my emails. Seller was great; rapidly responded to my inquiries and offered to do a courtesy replacement, but shipping costs to return the defective backpack didn't justify the expense.
