Meh. I liked the front, but I assumed I might find some funny things on the pages inside. In reality, almost every page is the same and the only thing funny is the cover. It’s okay though if you’re someone who wants to write down your health metrics. It’s lightweight and slim. Definitely giftable because it fits in a wider stocking.

Definitely doing it's job! I got this at the same time as a fitness band and I've lost almost 10lbs since I started only a couple weeks ago! It really helps me stay on track much better than any phone app I've tried, because it keeps me from getting distracted by notifications while I fill it out. I would 100% recommend to anybody looking to keep track of their diet and activity level.
