They come shrink wrapped, and separate easily. Easy to cook, Simply place them directly over a gas hob for 30 seconds each side, then pop them into a tortilla warmer. The smell of toasted corn tortillas fills the kitchen. They smell really weird, and the texture is NOTHING like flour tortillas from the supermarket.However if you are really into your Mexican food and want to try Al Pastor or Carnitas at home and get it something like you've seen on the Taco Chronicles or Rick Stein's Mexico, then you really need these.Warning. They are small, about 10 cm across. They're supposed to be like this - they are for making small tacos to be held in the hand in 3 bites.Are they good value??
