I got this system to replace our old broken-down system that we currently have at our spanish-speaking church. Being a bit skeptical about this purchase because it had no reviews at all, I decided to chance it. I got it yesterday; and I will say:1-Packaging: Very poor. No comercial packaging box, seemed to be all put together at home and sent off. So I got past that. The package includes 1 transmitter, 15 recievers, 15 ear pieces, 1 Lavalier mic, 1 headband mic, 16 lanyards, 16 charger cables, and a multicharger unit that is capable of charging all 16 devices at the same time.2-Ease of Use: Very good. The transmitter/Recievers have a middle button that turns it on/off. To each side, the volume. Also, it has multi-channel selector to ensure best reception.3-Construction: Seems durable. The units are Lithium Battery charged; so one charge can last a good while. No need to have so many batteries to be changing. That in itself beats to old system.4- Sound Quality: Sounds superb in a controlled environment. To be fair on my review, I only tested the unit at home; yet the intended use is for church. This next weekend we will be testing them at church, and I will update my review.5-Convenience: I like the fact that they are rechargeable, comes with the charger and cabling. Also, worth mentioning, the earpiece's connector is stereo, which means if you want to replace it with regular headphones, you can get some replacements at Dollar Tree! Awesome!All-together this is a great bargain for churches needing translation; we got the the 15 piece set, and if need to grow, I believe it can be expanded.At this time is too soon to give it a 5 star rating, because I have not done a (field test) yet, but so far, seems promising. I will share this with you. I purchased an aluminum case(pic#2) that has the pre-cut foam, and I created a molded case for this system- looks good, and is kept safe.
