It's very smooth and comfortable to use and the size variation is good for those struggling with vaginismus. But it was not useful as the largest size of the dilator is still not big enough to help.

Such smooth surface is crucial to build trust with the dilator.- Good choice of diameters...for gradual increase to next size, as the person is able to accept one size after the other.-Very ergonomically designed handle with right texture for a confident grip while practicing. Both for the person and the partner to hold.-Pricey but totally worth it.-A small bottle of gel was included in the pouch.- Information leaflet quite clear on how to use, clean, dry and store.Every "couple" suffering due to vaginismus must take help of a trained psychiatrist for therapy, and then these dilators help a lot!Cheers!

Because of my endometriosis I suffer from very bad pelvic floor disfunction. I highly recommend these dilators to cure it in combination with pelvic floor exercises. It might take some time, everyone is different, but i believe everyone can cure vaginismus with those 2 things. Be patient with yourself, it gets a little better everyday.
