Instructions are poor and the pictures supplied to put together the chair were so small they were not very helpful. It probably will take 2 people to put it together, especially the back piece. Lastly, the back of the chair ended up leaning noticeably to one side. The chair is pretty comfortable though.

First let me start by saying that, It's important when reading any review or purchasing any product to have realistic expectations of the product as it relates to how much it costs. So FOR WHAT THIS CHAIR COSTS , IT IS AN EXCELLENT VALUE! I am a Small Business owner and I have an office with about 10 employees, so over the years I have bought many office chairs. Also I am a big guy , 5' 11 , 260 lbs and I spend minimum 6-8 hours daily at work , at my desk. I searched for a long time for a BIG and TALL type chair and actually bought 3 others before this one, THIS CHAIR IMPRESSED ME ! It is VERY STURDY, SPACIOUS, EASY TO ADJUST, BEAUTIFUL RICH BROWN LEATHER MATERIAL. If you don't know the actual price , you would easily believe it costs twice as much ! ... Ok Ok , I know what you're thinking .. and NO I don't work for the manufacturer, so here are the CONS : It's a Bit too Deep , meaning cushion front to back is a bit too deep , considering I am Not exactly a short guy , I can see how that could be an issue for someone shorter than I am. Also Seat cushion got a tiny bit compressed after 8 months, so maybe I will have to replace it in 3-4 years, but hey , again I say for the money it's acceptable, still very comfy . So if you are searching for a chair in this price range, especially if you're a big guy and are not looking for a Lifelong relationship with your office chair , YOU WILL BE IMPRESSED WITH THIS CHAIR.

My major problem was this chair wasn't designed for my 5'2" frame. If I sat all the way back in the chair, the front edge of the seat hit my leg below my knees so I couldn't bend my legs to place my feet on the floor.The arms are adjustable but only by an inch or two so for me they were still too tall. If I rested my arms on them at their lowest position, my shoulders were hunched up.The tilt mechanism was very tight so it took effort to lean back even with the knob loosened.Because of the size issue it wasn't a comfortable chair for me - - lumbar support was in the wrong spot as well - - but chair's cushioning was nice and the PU leather actually didn't look or feel bad at all. It would probably be a nice chair for someone with several inches on me.

This chair is very comfortable. Installation is also easy, but you’ll probably need someone else to help you connect the top to bottom. I don’t regret buying it for this price. The arm chair height is perfect as well. The lumbar support, tilt and resistance, arm chair adjustable and height adjustable makes this chair a complete office/exec chair.*Edit* 4 months after use:Still comfortable and still works! Only issue is the arm rest does get in the way of my desk whether it’s adjusted to the highest or lowest. Would give it a 4 star for that reason. It also sits a little deep, so I had to buy a foot rest. I am 5’6.

This chair would be a solid 5 Star except the arms on this chair are built for people 6' 6" tall. The chair has lots of padding and is very comfortable for sitting long periods but I need to place spacers under the arm mounts to lower them for comfort. The lowest setting height is 9 inches and tallest height is 11 inches. So judge for yourself what arm height you may need before ordering. Otherwise it is a very nice office chair.

This chair is comfortable and fits me well. I am 6'2 and 198 lbs.
