At first I wasn't sure if this product was working because it doesn't foam, but when I looked at the sink after washing my face ... let's just say I have never actually seen the dirt leave my face until I used this product. Cleans SUPER effectively. My skin is a little dry when I have finished, but that also provides a "it's working" feeling, and everything was back to normal once I put moisturizer on. I have definitely seen cleaner, brighter skin since using this product.UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW TWO MONTHS LATER: I just updated my previous review to be 5 stars. I saw results right away but since using every day for the past two months, my skin is noticeable clearer and brighter. This product also LASTS A LONG TIME. I just re-ordered!

At first I wasn’t sure if the product was working because it is scent-free and foam-free, but after cleansing my skin felt super clean and ultra hydrated so trust that this product is in fact doing its job. The fact that it is so gentle and so effective is impressive and has convinced me to keep using it!

Expensive but effective product

This facial cleanser was recommended by my dermatologist and I've found it helpful as a skin cleanser.

I don't know how, but this thing helps keep my maskne in check (acne from wearing a face mask all day) better than any extra-gentle cleanser or any stronger chemical exfoliant cleanser I've tried. PHA is the perfect balance between gentle and active for my face. I love how it's almost scentless, and it's generally non irritating to my fairly sensitive skin. I will admit I am casually looking for a less expensive but still high quality alternative... but in the meantime I'm hooked.

I don’t use this daily but when I do use it, it helps my face feel clean and refreshed.

I use this facewash twice a day . I have used it for years because it is gentle and not drying ,leaving skin in perfect condition for applying makeup.

I’ve only recently been introduced to the Neostrata line and so far I love it. I decided to buy this face wash as well. My skin feels really clean and it removed all traces of makeup. My skin is also super sensitive and this caused no irritation at all. A bit expensive but the tube is large so it should last quite a while. Would highly recommend!

Gentle but effective, leaving skin smooth without drying it out

Finally found a cleanser that thoroughly cleans my skin without leaving it feeling dry or irritated. This cleanser actually calms my sensitive skin and has a nice jelly like texture. Huge tube was added bonus. Highly recommend for sensitive or reactive skin.

This brand is my go-to for face cleansers, and for good reason. It effectively cleans without leaving my skin dry—a rare quality in many products. It does an excellent job overall and is definitely a must-have in my skincare routine. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a gentle yet effective cleanser!
