I was a bit dubious about trying these at first, purely because I wasn't confident in any effect.I'm a stay at home mum with 2 kids, dog and I'm on the go most of the time so tiredness should be my middle name I never feel I get enough sleep and always have an energy dip in the afternoon.Around a week and a half after taking these (at the recommended dose with my mid morning toast and coffee), I suddenly noticed that I wasn't having the usual energy dip, I had a bit more get up and go to do things that usual required alot of motivation. I'm still getting the same hours of sleep but I feel that I must be sleeping deeper as I'm finding it easier to get up in the mornings. I've also noticed that my brain feels a bit more alert and less jumbled with all the things I have to do and remember everyday, and especially when helping the kids with homework! The tablet size isn't small, and I have to take them 1 at a time (as with all tablets), but they don't taste of anything and they are smooth so don't get stuck in your throat.I would definitely recommend anyone who feels they are constantly tired etc (with no obvious health complaints being the cause) to try these.

I was a bit sceptical initially, secretly asking myself "do I really need this?".  It took me  about two weeks to  register my interest. This was after I became unnecessarily anxious and restless getting good sleep.As expected, the delivery of the product was very fast. I missed the delivery in the morning but the driver redelivered on his way back in the evening. The product was well packaged with a good seal and air tight container. It has a clear  readable  information about nutrients/ingredients with  instructions on how to take the capsules. The capsules are made with natural ingredients and  are of moderate sizes,  easy to swallow, no after taste.I take the capsules in the evening/night after putting away all distractive devices.  My sleep pattern significantly improved becoming deeper and longer. Not only that the capsules make me fall asleep easily and having a good sweet sleep at night, I noticed that my restlessness and anxiety  greatly reduced making me feel very alert in the morning and this of course gives me more energy to carry on for the rest of the day.Truly, the capsules contributed to my normal psychological  function and reduction of tiredness, and fatigue just exactly as the package says they do.

I haven't had a lot of energy recently so I started to take Magnesium Bisglycinate to see if that would help. The first maybe 4 or 5 nights it took me a long time to fall asleep when usually I am asleep within seconds of closing my eyes. After 4 or 5 nights I was back to normal and fell asleep as usual. However, I have been having a clearout and also getting my gardens ready for Autumn/Winter and have noticed how much more energy I have. Some days I have spent 8+ hours doing jobs around the house/garden and have had to make myself stop and rest but I really felt like I had more energy. The only thing that has changed for me is taking Magnesium Bisglycinate. They are very easy to swallow and they don't taste of anything to me. I had an alarm set on my phone at first to remind me to take them first thing in the morning but now it is just in my routine. So if anyone is looking for something to give them a bit more energy, then I would recommend trying these.

These are a good quality vitamin. The vitamins come in a box, which hold a large canister of 120 capsules. The capsules are oval in shape and are very easy to swallow. I started taking these vitamins just over two weeks ago and was very sceptical to start with. However within a few days of taking them, I started noticing little changes, I was more alert especially in the morning. which is not my best time, I usually feel very sluggish. I then noticed an improvement in my concentration. After about 10 days. There was a dramatic change in my sleep pattern which has always been erratic and poor, due to insomnia. On the whole I feel rejuvenated, which has been reflected in my well-being. I highly recommend anyone to give these a try, and I am sure you will notice a difference in your health. These vitamins cost more than I would normally pay, but are well worth every penny.

I'm a millennial supplement junkie... my parents are not... and all 3 of us loved this brand of Mag Bisglycinate.If it "doesn't work" my mom just won't take it... she's got the shortest personal "trial period" of anyone I know. It either works or doesn't for her... and this is one of the very few supps she's adopted as useful to her.This is the ONLY supplement ever that my Mom has had me reorder... and it's currently not available 😢I have tried various forms of magnesium, this one just works for me... and my Mom, my Dad also mumbled something positive about it . She gets significant relief from her occasional back spasms from this relatively quickly. She's got meds out the wazoo for these conditions, but this specifically helps enough that she started taking it regularly... and I can't even tell you how significant of a sign that this works as intended.BTW the solgar Zinc Bisglycinate is also another miracle supplement for both me and my diabetic dog. Overall Bisglycinate is my new go to form for hard to absorb minerals... I take my zinc in the morning and this at night. When I find a brand that works, I stay with it... and no they are not all the same for reasons beyond me.I've been through 4 different brands of mag Bisglycinate and this was my favorite... hopefully they'll restock soon because I'll be back for sure.This supplement is IMO as potent of a sleep inducer as average melatonin supplements... not quite benadryl potent, but also doesn't have the negative sides or the hangover.I'm a 180lb man and I take 4 of these without issue (other than some mild relaxed sluggishness the following day at 4) When I take 2, I have zero issues... I have yet to take enough to induce any sort of laxative effect, but more than 4 does produce a hangover like brain fog the following day which goes to show how potent and effective this stuff is. Don't take this mid day unless you're wanting to relax. It's As close to a legal chill pill as I've found that isn't some wacky Dr. Suess level herb from somewhere over the rainbow...

..man hört ja sehr viel über Magnesium, aber ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen : Hier hat der Hersteller ein sehr gutes Produkt auf den Markt gebracht!!! Ich betreibe Powerlifing und dieses Magnesium hilft mir wieder ein Stück besser zu werden. Ich habe weder Krämpfe noch abführende Wirkung gehabt. 20€ für 2 Monate lohnen sich definitiv.
