The delivery was superquick, had arranged for someone to build the bike (not an expert, but able to follow instructions and construct) - what an absolute nightmare! the instructions are ridiculously poor to follow, found a video online of a similar trike and its just not detailed enough, contacted customer service who were useless, kept saying instruction video on product detail, and its not.In the end I had to pay £110 to pay a bike mechanic to complete construction, also had to purchase another seat( the one included is super uncomfortable), as well as new brake pads, the brake system is a really cheap set up. there were 3 screws/bolts missing. The inner tube is very cheap too, the bike mechanic was surprised that he managed to blow it out, he replaced it and said I would likely need to replace the others sooner rather than later. So the bike ended up costing me over £350....would prefer to pay a little more and buy a decent quality bike manufactured in the uk - there is accountability at least. I doubt this bike will last more than a year as it just feels cheap. It doesn't ride that well either and I'm not sure I feel that confident. I can ride a 2 wheel bike, but just felt this was a safer option on busy london roads. You can't return this bike once its assembled, otherwise I would have sent it back, had also thrown away all the packaging. Lesson learnt! On a positive note....it looks pretty on my drive

I love the trike, but a friend's husband had to build it for me, and even he struggled despite building several bikes -with many more gears!! The instructions didn't marry up to the trike received. I think an option of having it built for you should be added!! The box came with a few large holes, and some nuts and bolts were missing, so no mudguards on rear wheels until ordered items arrive!!

Pedals too far back seat not comfortable only been on it once didn't like it

This item arrived on time but the box was really damaged.When we opened the box, the smaller box inside which contained parts was damaged and some may be missing. Parts of the frame were bent which we have had to straighten.We have still not been able to assemble it as the instructions are not clear and the tools provided are inadequate.
