Angels in Our Lives

I found this to be an interesting read. It was definitely written from a pro-church point of view, a view that not everyone may hold, yet they too hear and see angels all the time. I know I too offense to some of her comments as though my connection to God was not as worthy of attention as her's, which Ms. Chapian sees as being perfect when communicating with God. She claims to have seen the otherside, and I understand that we all see things from very different points of view, even in this so-called real world. Yet I will take her descriptions with a very large grain of salt as I have been shown different sights in that world. And I do believe in a supreme Being that oversee all of us. If you read this book, know that yes we all do have guardian angels in our lives, and that there are earth angels among us. The best thing to remember is to treat all those that you meet as being an angel in disguise and act accordingly. But don't judge them based on their religious beliefs, or in your opinion, their lack of belief. We each find our way home and our angels will see us safely there.

There are to many times in our Christian lives that we put God in a box. We let preachers,and others, tell us what to believe instead of thinking, praying, studying His word and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide us into a personal relationship with God. The most important thing in any relationship is communication and it takes at least two for communication to develop. Marie Chapian explains this beautifully in this book. Letting God out of the box and seeing him with our spiritual eye develops a whole new world in our spiritual relationship full of possibilities and growth. His heavenly angels are not to be worshipped but are there to assist us if we would take time to listen. Thank you Marie for your experiences and affirmations that God has given me through your experiences. I would recommend this book to all those who want that personal relationship with God and who wants that spiritual relationship.

This book was more than I expected. Honestly, I am not sure what I though it would be. A study of what the Bible says about angels, perhaps, or awareness of possible angels in our lives, or maybe instructions on being comfortable with the reality of the heavenly hosts. It is all of this, but for me it was much more. She transported me to the example of believing and expecting angels daily in my life, and even more, a consistent close relationship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Sometimes she writes of experiences in her life that made me think "What? Really?" And then, getting totally caught up in the book, I thought "Yes, really! That is what belonging to and loving and serving God is!" Why would it be staid and boring?? It is an exhilarating read!

Havent finished it. But so far its been good.

This is a 5 star read! I recommend this book to all who are truly open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. I am so grateful the Lord led me to this remarkable book. The author gives abundant Bible references to support all that she writes. I cried with joy at her journey with Jesus in heaven and beyond. It reminds me of a song that we are to win the lost at any cost. For me it confirmed several suspicions that Omniscience and Omnipresent are literal whether seen or unseen. It certainly makes me want to SEE. Thank you for a wonderful, wonderful book.

this book is an eye opening, riveting testimony of the shape of the world and the evil that takes place day to day in the world. I see the world as morally corrupt as history repeats itself as in many parts of the bible. God loves us so much and we just let him down in so many ways. there needs to be a wake up call before is to late. this author gives society the answer and tells what needs to be done to save our souls. inspire of this many souls will be lost to greed and selfishness in the world.

I really liked this book. It's not a book of angel encounter stories but it is a book that tells you how you can encounter your angels that have been assigned to you. It is a book about relationship with the God of all creation. The closer, the more intimate you become with Him the more He will reveal to you. It's that simple. Put God first in your life. Give Him priority and watch and see what He does.

This book is NOT what it professes to be; about angels in our lives. In a nutshell, its about getting you to become born again to be saved by God, because the angels are god. She talks about shadows she's seen that she believes are angels. Shadows in her living room, shadows in her dreams. A ton of biblical quotation. A ton of referrals to angels in the bible, but very little actual information about what angels really are or their interaction in day to day lives other than what the bible quotes. I can't believe she actually sold a million copies of this book, but then again, I can't believe Trump is President either.

This book awoke a desire to know God more and see the spiritual realm as it really is , in order to see what God wants to do through his angels. This book will probably and hopefully do the same for you.

In the third sentence she says that angels are over 5,000 years old, thereby instantly alerting my New Earth Creationist detectors. I don't believe anything these people say. Way to lose your credibility and your audience at the same time, dearie. Book deleted from my library unread; so glad I didn't waste any money on it. No, I haven't read the rest of the book; a writer has to establish their credentials early on and this one did the opposite. I am willing to stand corrected; if you're not a NEC, Marie, then I apologise. But if you are, maybe you shouldn't nail your colours to the mast so early on - or preferably not at all.

Very easy to reads, very moving with well sound and very well writing with explains very clearly descriptions in this book, brilliant book, I have been reading this book second time few months ago!
