This is a good product and seems to work well once you figure out how to apply correctly. I had a friend assist because I wasn't doing it the right way. Once I got that, I was good to go!

I was skeptical about some tape actually helping with the pain, but I was pleasantly surprised when it did. I am a concert goer and I had 2 concerts, 2 nights in a row. I tried the tape and my plantar fasciitis felt instant relief. I wasn't sure that I was applying correctly, but I must have been since it worked. The only con is that it does leave the black marks along the edges kinda like a big bandaide.

This Platar Fasciitis tape works great... I suffer from plantar fasciitis.I wear Protalus inserts and wrap my feet with this tape and that has worked wonders for me. It all depends on the severity of your condition and how long you are on your feet.
