DC Collectibles Arrow Canary Action Figure

Face paint on figure is not accurate to the photo above, but the likeness to the Canary on the CW Arrow series is extremely close! Really excited to get this figure! Item arrived safely and Near-Mint box.PAINT(PROS) Overall great paint apps from top to bottom. Clean paint on mask. No paint splotches on skin. Impressive paint details on jacket, pants and boots.(CONS) If the face paint was exactly like the photo above, this figure would have been a home-run! Instead the skin tone has a waxy/shiny coat. The hair paint is more of a sandy blonde/brown.ARTICULATION(PROS) Overall decent articulation, but the normal limited DC Collectibles range of movement.(CON) CANNOT GET INTO ANY DYNAMIC POSES! No Ab Crunch. Limited shoulder articulation. Head movement restricted by hair sculpt. No bicep swivel, No thigh swivel, No ankle rockers.SCULPT(PROS) Not a home-run with the face sculpt but honestly think this figure looks extremely close to Canary character on the CW Arrow series!(CONS) Her left leg is bowed due to packing bubble. Had to use hair dryer to warm joint and bend back into correct shape. Although her ankles have a hinge, they lack the ball joint (aka: ankle rockers).STANDING(CONS) Because this figure sports a thinner body frame she is difficult to stand on her own. If you bump into your desk or bookcase, she will easily fall over! I have to use a figure stand!!! (additional cost)ACCESSORIES:(PROS) She comes with her signature Staff and Canary Scream Device.(CONS) The staff does not separate into batons/eskrima sticks (just like on the TV series).PACKAGING:Item arrived in a medium sized box. No protective packaging. No bubble wrap. Box arrived in Excellent condition. No Dings. No Tears, but 1 corner of bottom of box has a small dog ear fold. Barely noticeable.Overall, I recommend this figure if you're a Canary Fan. Just Don't pay scalper prices, Retail on this figure is $24.99Really glad I was able to pick this figure up for less than $20

Canary from the Arrow tv series is presented here and matches the actress quite well indeed. The figure can move her top half so one can pose her to left or right while holding her staff. The staff can be held in either hand or both. The plastic appears durable and the figure even looks better than recent new 52 offerings. For the Arrow fan or Black Canary collector.

This figure is beautiful. The detail of the sculpt and paint is stunning.One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to action figures is the way the packaging causes warping of accessories... this figure doesn't have that problem. Her staff, which could have been mangled was packed such that it stated perfectly straight.Articulation allows for some awesome action poses.

The figure itself is beautiful, and great for a collector! However... if you plan to display this in the box as a collector's item, DON'T BUY FROM HERE. Her face on the side of the box (the side that would be showing) was COMPLETELY scratched, almost as if it were intentional.

Came exactly as described. Very cool figures to collect. There are small pieces so if you decide to open the box be careful not to lose them.

I'll start with the bad first: A friend of mine has the Arrow figure from the cw show and this is supposed to be Sara from the cw show. My only issue with this figure and all figures from the CW Arrow series is that the faces never look like what they display here in the product picture. In the preview pictures, the face of both characters Oliver Queen (Arrow) and Sara (Canary) are pinpoint accurate. When you receive the figure..it's as if the faces were redesigned before actual release and look nothing like the characters' faces. I'm not sure why they changed it. Compare their product image with my image in this review.The good: Even though the face on product preview vs final product is an issue,, the attention to detail is still there, exactly like in the picture. The uniform is exactly as pictured and the details in the actual figure are just as amazing. It is still a great product and amazingly detailed. If I got exactly what was pictured, it would be a 5 out of 5 and instead of 4 stars.
