HOYIN Wire Cup Brush-2 Piece Grinder Brush Kit- Twist Knotted

I mainly used this set for rust and dirt removal on an automotive restoration project and I have to say that I'm pretty impressed by these. The thicker gauge steel brush is great for destroying rust and the thinner crimped wire brush has been solid for lighter, surface level dirt removal and aluminium grinding. I've been able to use both brushes all the way down to wire nubs on their bases. Now on my 3rd time buying this set.The ONLY drawback is that the bristles have a tendency to fly off as you work with them over time, but I feel like that would be expected of any brush. Just be sure to wear protective gear on your face/arms/legs/hands/chest. Basically just cover up and these things are great for your dirty, tough jobs where you want to work the tool hard.

II a m pealing paint off of a old jeep and it is doing a good gob. It will kick back on you if not very careful.

For the price, these cup brushes were great. I was able to do exactly what I had hoped with them. I took off one star because the wires in the crimped wire cup brush almost completely fell out after a few uses. I didn't take off more stars because the price is so reasonable. The twisted cup brush has held up much better.

The quality is way more than I expected. Heavy duty with a good solid fit, no wobble, and the bristles don't shed.

Cannot use grinder guard with these extended attachments and the metal creates sparks on some surfaces. May be ok for some projects, but I like other grinder attachments better.

Did a great job getting all the rusty scale off a trailer frame.

If you are looking for some cup brushes then look no further, they seem to be working as intended and holding up to general use. Can't say they if they would last a pro, but for a home user they are just right.
