Just like the street cart!
I have tried making white sauce at home so many times only to fail spectacularly each time. When I found this was available on amazon, I was so excited. The taste is a faithful representation of what you’d get from a halal cart. Maybe a tiny heavy on the dill? But otherwise the flavor, texture and consistency are spot on.

Halal Shack at Home
I love this sauce to make my own halal shack inspired bowls at home. My favorite dish is zucchini noodles, chicken, onions, tomato, and raw spinach. I also love adding this to fish dishes or fried rice. You can basically add this to anything and it'll taste good.

NOT the halal white sauce you want - DONT WASTE YOUR $ - NON RETURNABLE
This is not the white halal sauce used in NYC halal carts. This doesnt even come NEAR it. The flavor is super sour with a funky taste. I love all sauces and spices, but this stuff is plain nasty. Sorry. AND ontop of it, you get 3 bottles of this nasty stuff, and you can't even return it. Dont bother!

Good sauce for pretty much anything
Pretty dang close to the stuff you get at halal carts in NYC. The regular white had a bit too much dill for my tastes. The hot was a good stand alone hot sauce. The hot white was my favorite. Perfect blend of the two. One thing I will say is the flip tops could be a little better. They don’t seem to stay closed sometimes.

Sharp vinegar taste
I was disappointed in this sauce, the taste was too sharp / vinegar taste that it over powered the food. Sorry it just wasn't for me.

Sharp taste profile
I tried all three sauces. They are all vinegar forward and they have too much dill. Dill overwhelms anything it is used on, as well as sharp vinegar taste. I gave 3 stars for the young woman’s efforts. Being a native Mediterranean I know what it should really taste like and I will doctor it a bit.

I LOVE THIS SAUCE!
I put sauce on everything that I eat. Lasagna, alfredo, chicken... Before making this purchase all I used was Ranch. I was told about this sauce and it has changed my life. So much flavor, and since it is healthy, I can put it on all of my foods.

Flavorful
One of the best sauces I have ever had, highly recommend hot and hot white especially! Works in a lot of dishes!
