Card was of poor quality
Purchased for a neighbor's birthday. Once the clear covering was removed, you could see the background on the cover of the card was scratched. You couldn't see it with the clear cover. I'm disappointed and would be embarrassed to give as a birthday wish from me. Will throw away since it apparently cannot be returned.
