Easy to use, effective with an essential oils holder so better than those that add oil to to the water itself. Easy to assemble/disassemble to clean. Cut out if runs out of water. Works well, decent amount of steam generated. The blackhead removal kit pieces are decent quality too. If you need one of these I'd thoroughly recommend it

This product is okay. It would be betternif it produced a lot more steam and maybe had some more water space as it only allows 40ml.q Doesn't take too long to heat up. Love the *grille* it comes with for herbs.... negative is that it is of course plastic and you can smell it obvs whilst steaming your face. Wish there was a better booklet/ picture maybe showing it all set up. Only tried once it's okay. Wish it was more clear when it said aroma therapy as there is a grille and I bought the suggest oils with it. For now keeping but mag return soon. Update, after the first sort of 3 uses the plasticy smell has gone. You can easily fill up and add more water. Great buy😁

Good product and effective, but you get what you pay for; it doesn’t feel like it will last years and it did smell like it was over heating after being used for 10 minutes

I bought this steamer to replace a tired old facial steamer that didn’t have a control button on the front. It’s great to have this turned off / on yet plugged in. I use weekly for a very effective facial steam. Recently it’s come into to its own while I had a bad cold with sinus infection. The nasal steamer and diffuser fitting have been brilliant to ease clogged sinuses twice a day. Would thoroughly recommend this wonderful little steamer. Does everything the ad says it does.

This is a great steamer although I find using the full face steamer to clear nasal blockage and treat sore throat is better than using the nasal only attachment. And all for £16! Excellent value
