If you lift heavy,,,above 80KG bench press and shouder press and you have elbow issues and pian must use this...you will feel the difference in first lift itself.

Not such a great product. I ordered large size, turns out their large is still larger than the market large, so I tried gettingthe smaller size, so no option to get a smaller size. So i started wearing the large size itself. After using it for a day or so, turns out that this has started loosing its elasticity and now the lagre size has become extra large. Please note, I got this product delivered on 22 nov 2019, and I am writing this review on 25 Nov, so this piece of product which costed 400 ₹ did not even lasted 3 days. Really horrible product. Better go to a medical or sports shop and then buy. Instead of here.

Guys this is a ossme elbow relief i have ever seen it has outstanding fabric it fit in my elbow perfectly i have ordered small i thought small size will be tight in my hand but no small size fits perfectly even in bigger elbow so i recommend you to purchase small one actually this is your choice but if this band will not be tight there will be no use of it because little tightness provide big support to your elbow and yes it is washable you can wash it easily and yes after using it for couple months band will not be loose so tension free and this elbow is all in one you can use it for gym purpose like weight lifting , also for pain relief and many more and this was genuine mine review and yes please go for it if you good elbow supporter 😊 🤗 🤗 🤗

I love staying fit and healthy. It often happens with a regular gym goers that is a pain of joints. Sometimes it is difficult to lift weights or workout in proper form. I bought this to relief pain and makes wonder.

It does not seem to be very well crafted for aiding recovery for injuries close to the bones like a Golfer's Elbow case for tendonitis. I can feel my affected region not being restraimed at all! Plus, fabric seems to be comong off in 2 days...poor manufacturing.

I was having severe pain around my right elbow for more than 3 months.. I tried lots of pain killers, exercises.. but nothing worked. When I started using this elbow band, the pain disappeared miraculously. Now I am ordering similar bands for my mom's and husband, though for different purposes.

Writing this review after close to 8 months from the time of buying. I have been regularly using to protect the strain on my elbow during my badminton Play. This has considerably reduced the pain which otherwise would have been without the support brace. Highly recommend using it.

I ordered this product for my mom to help her with her arm pain, she always feel pain after doing house hold work. It helped my mom with her pain. It has good fitting and it's material is soft, it also have very strong hold.
