Good- but beware of SHARKS!
We like this formula- however, I removed 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. While most of the ingredients are well-thought out because of their proven efficacy- turmeric, msm, & glucosamine- there is also shark cartilage, an ecologically questionable ingredient with no proven medical benefit. And 2. The shark cartilage is not listed in the online description, so those of us who do not want to purchase shark ingredients aren't able to make an informed decision. It wasn't until I received the product that I noticed it on the label as part of the 'collagen complex'.For a company that otherwise seems to care about the product, the clients, and the fact that it's 'made in the US', I would feel more confident making continued purchases if they would either include SHARK in their description online, or remove this questionable ingredient altogether.

knee pain almost gone,amazing...
I started taking, the 2 per day dosage,and...I noticed in 1 week ,a serious difference...I started taking 4 per day,and it really works...my pain is almost gone,and my knee is healing now, from a bad fall on it...I try not to do too much sugar,because sugar, can cause joint pain...I have noticed this,also...great product...I can not live ,with out this product...way more active now...

This works well for inflammation in my knees. I started running again and despite my strengthening and conditioning in the months prior, I still had some problems. This product definitely helped my comfort and recovery time and I will continue to use it.

Amazing Great Product
Got these for my mom who said her knees hurt. She's been taking them a while and said she does feel a difference and I also got these for my sister who has similar pain on her knees,She started taking 2 per day dosage,and.she noticed in 1 week ,a serious difference and started taking 3 per day,and it really works her pain is almost gone,and her knee is healing now,
