I have to say that the bakers rack is really nice, I am pleased with the purchase and it holds a boat load of items. Very sturdy and simple to put together - at least it should be. Mine was mostly ok, but the only piece that you have to attach - the top shelf - was not aligned properly. So a 5 minute assembly took over an hour because I had to pry the parts in to place. Once I did that, everything else was a snap. One other thing, it's quite heavy and bulky, so if you are a woman alone, or a fella with limited upper body strength, I recommend you have someone help. Even with myself and my boyfriend, we still struggled to fix the top shelf.However once assembled, I love it.

This baker's rack came exactly as described, arrived promptly, and was packaged well. The color and design are pretty enough that I am using the rack as display shelves in my living room. I have plants, pottery, photos, etc. on it and the overall effect looks really nice. I've gotten lots of compliments on it and my spouse is impressed with the unit as well. It was easy to put together except for one place where the top shelf opening didn't quite align with the frame. By using a towel to protect the finish and a pair of pliers, I was able to twist it into place. It took about 20 minutes to get it right, but it was a lot quicker and easier than returning it. It's quite sturdy. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this baking rack.

This is such a high-quality item! My plants look fantastic on the shelves. And there are so many shelves! I am considering getting a second one. Would definitely get it from this manufacturer, if so. I'm using it outdoors. The assembly couldn't be any easier. It is a very heavy item, though. It will take two people to move it to its location once it's unboxed. You'll assemble in the place you plan to locate it.

Far too expensive for what you get. If it wasn't so bulky I would send it back for a refund.

I love this baker's rack; however, it doesn't fit together correctly. We had to use a mallet to pound it into place, but it still doesn't go together all the way. It is still useable though.

This rack has just opened up a lot of cupboard and counter space in our kitchen. It's amazingly solid and sturdy and was easy to set up since only one shelf is not attached and folded up. I've got a large food processor, stand mixer, and espresso machine on the bottom shelf. All fit and I had no qualms about putting so much weight on it. I looked for a long time before I found the right baker's rack and I'm glad I waited until I found this one.

I love this Baker's Rack. I purchased it to put plants on and it is beautiful! The customer service is excellent! When my baker's rack was delivered, I discovered that the packaging and one of the feet of the rack was damaged. I immediately took pictures of the item and contacted customer support. After sending pictures of the damage they issued me a replacement rack almost immediately! The new rack arrived in pristine condition! It was easy to assemble and placed. I would suggest two people to move it as it is a heavy rack.
