Worth it. Des help the pain

This arm band works exceptionally well and applies the appropriate amount of pressure to relieve pain in my forearm, as a result of tennis elbow. The upside is, I can toss it into the freezer and apply the cold gel pad onto the point of discomfort, to reduce swelling. Love it!

Very comfortable

The strap has a hard plastic piece that does not conform to you arm. The gel pack is so thin that it only stays cold for about a minute. Not a good product.

I like it with the ice packs and did everything according to the directions. However, the heating in the microwave according to the instructions caused my elbow to blister. Do not leave in microwave as long as directions say.

Perfect for tennis elbow pains

I've tried a few of these. This one is not as bad as some but there is better out there. First, it is not a gel pad as I would expect, meaning that I anticipated a gel pad to allow placement of force directly over the correct tendon. The gel pad is the majority of the brace. My other complaint is that the Buckle tends to move to the horizontal instead of the vertical when you try to put it on. It can be a bit frustrating to do. I recommend the Champion brace. It fits well under close and you can place the pad directly on your tendon.

A friend let me borrow hers and it worked so well I wanted one for myself .It really helps a lot.
