Just installed, went on smoothly
If you have a Wayne Dalton garage door, it will likely use the bead groove instead of the T groove. This was exactly what I needed. I can't speak to the durability yet, but if I notice issues I'll update the review.

Exactly as advertised
Fits the Wayne Dalton door correctly. I think. I can't be 100% certain. So, what should have taken a few minutes by soaking this seal in a bucket with dish soap and water and even spraying the track with WD-40, ended up taking me almost 3 hours, and pain in my shoulder for days.I believe the problem almost certainly was the Wayne Dalton track though. I don't believe there was any defect in this seal's beading. 99% certain. There are two slots in the track, of course, and the outer slot slid in fine. The inner slot had like a crimp on it, and it was difficult to slide in. And if I pulled more than a cm at a time, the bead would pull out. Multiply this by 18 feet, getting harder and harder to push each time. So, seems like it has to be damage to the track end for the inner slot. However, it was the exact same thing on the opposite end. So left to right or right to left made no difference. That's where the 1% doubt comes from. I still think it's probably a design by Wayne Dalton, and that maybe there is some trick or tool to aid in this. I can't say for certain. I found no video online stating such.Anyhow, it is installed and it works mostly as it should. It's not a perfect seal, as it folds some of the folds from being rolled up. I don't take away 1 star for the difficult install...that's on Wayne Dalton door. I take away one star (really just a half star but Amazon in its "infinite wisdom" won't let you rate by half stars) because it seems a little flimsy, and I would rather have had one with a little more thickness and an option to get it with steel wool inside. Mice are going to chew through this in a few minutes. Not that thicker rubber would make a ton of difference, but might seal a little better.

The Exact Replacement
There are many of these seals. You need to examine your existing one to insure you are obtaining the correct replacement. I found using a putty knife was needed to ensure the bead was firmly in the groove. Silicon lubricant was very helpful. This replacement was not quite as thick as the original.

Perfect fit
Iām not sure what brand my garage door is but this looked like a match for the channels on my door. It fit perfectly after cleaning channels and a little WD40. Only gave 3 stars for durability and value as time will tell.

It did the job!
I never installed a weather seal on a garage door before, but it was fairly easy to do myself after learning a few things. First, make sure you have rounded tracks and not T tracks (my first mistake). Secondly, lift your garage door up near the top (slightly below where it stops) to have the most room. Lastly, spray WD-40 in the tracks after taking the old seal off. The difficult part is just getting both ends into the tracks, but after that I was able to slide the seal with one hand as I held the other end up with my right hand so it was not dangling down. Once you have it on, do not forget to leave extra room on both ends of the door when cutting the seal -- you should be able to tuck some of it into the track (ensuring there are no gaps that aren't sealed on the ends, in addition to having extra if the ends tear in the future). Hope this helps someone that is in the same boat as I was :)

Fit my door perfectly. Easy to install, performs well.
I was lucky to find this because neither Lowes or Home Depot stock anything but the standard T-shaped seals (the shape of the channel that the edges of the seal slide into). Once I realized I had a Wayne-Dalton door (look for the label on the inside panel of your door) I was able to find the correct seal.Make sure to clean out the channels in the metal strip before trying to install the seal. A little soapy water helps the installation as well. After feeding a few feet in from one side, have a helper pull the seal towards the other end while feeding the rest of the seal in. Once it's fully fed, trim the edges with a pair of scissors and you are done!

Garage door seal w/ small (0.15") bead size.
Garage door seal is exactly as described - small (0.15") bead size. We installed it the same day it arrived. Installation is not difficult - but also not without its complications. As many have said. having 2 sets of hands is helpful (if not required) - and - soaping up the beads helps make the install easier. I used a fairly small amount of soap in the water and applied the soapy water to the beads with a toothbrush as we slip the seal into place in increments of a few inches at a time. I can't speak to the durability yet, but the rubber material seems to be of at least medium quality - very similar to the original that it replaced (roughly 27yrs old). The rubber did not tear during install even though it was being tugged pretty firmly and would frequently snag on the ends of the metal track into which it was being installed.
