Chuggington: The Chugger Championship Paperback – January 1, 2011

The book contains a nice story. Both my 2 and 4 year olds liked it (although the older one understood it better, of course). The only criticism I have is that the book is somewhat flimsy. A slight tug from a little one & the pages came off.

My 3 year old likes the show and thought this was a good book. I don't want to get into buying anymore Chugginton items as he has a lot of "Thomas" products, so this book was just what he needed to fulfill his Chugginton needs. :)

It's a book about a race between two Chuggington engines. Sort of like the Turtle and The Hare story, there ends up being an unexpected winner. My son is four and the story is written well and simply enough for him to understand. Myself, I'm just happy to have a break from reading Thomas books!

While this is not great literature, if your young person is a fan of the Chuggington series, this book should hit the spot. I like the little lessons in the stories.

This is a thin paper book with very colorful pages. My daughter is a Chuggington fan, so of course she loves it. It may not stand the test of time, but for the cost and the pretty pages, it's worth the buy.

Did you figure by the product description if it has soft pages or hard pages? You didn't? That's because it doesn't say anywhere. If your kid loves to tear pages off books, that is an easy pray..

Our 2 year old daughter absolutely loves Chuggington, and loves reading books, so this was a perfect find for us! She loves seeing the "choo-choos" in a book!

Bought for my grandson. He loves exploring/reading the illustrations, but doesn't listen to the stories. Could be more simply written.

simple story for fans of the series. It was a nice add-on to a wilson train car he got as a birthday gift
