They Actually Work With a Touchscreen
So these are not the toughest gloves out there by any means, but I've found them to be great and comfortable "medium duty" gloves. I use them when I'm doing tractor work and other maintenance type jobs around the farm. I just got back in from morning patrol with the dog. It was 22deg out and my hands felt fine in these gloves (and no having my hands stick to metal cattle gates). Lower than 20deg, you probably want something thicker, but these are my new "go to" gloves for light farm chores. I used to use similar Harbor Freight gloves that cost half as much, but they wear out quickly, so these will probably be the same cost or even save me money in the long run.And one really great feature - These are the first work gloves I've purchased that actually work with a touch screen as advertised. Every previous pair of other brands has always left me frustrated and just pulling the gloves off. These work on the first swipe.

Good for the price, accurate multicam pattern, and for cool to hot weather, bad for wind
Day two review: The camo pattern is great, comfortable, easy on / easy off. The pointer and ring fingers are the same length to accomodate for those with a longer one or other finger. As someone who pays a lot of attention to stuff like hands I think they have made a great glove. This will best fit folks with a shorter finger type of hand and probably won't fit people with longer slender fingers. I say this instead of men's/women's hands because many men have slender fingers and many women have more stout fingers. Same with fingernail shapes. if you really look at everybody's hands in your daily life you will see the exceptions to the norm and realize that people really are diverse and our stereotypes are not accurate.Thats my TED talk, Arm Trans Women, these gloves are pretty good!

Beats the original covert, by a mile.
Replacement for my original Covert gloves. FastFit Covert are way better, since Velcro on the originals wear out within a couple years at most. Way better. Back is thinner, but palms are nicely done. Way better feel at the fingertips too. Way better.

Can never go wrong with Mechanix.
i bought this to use while air softing due to my need for a durable glove that is also sleek enough to fit close to the hand. These are perfect, full capability to text on at least my smartphone, and durable enough to get down and dirty with the elements I highly recommend this product.

So perfect for outdoors activities
I brought these gloves to use whilst hiking, camping, expecting them to provide a bit of a barrier between my hand and “axe to chop wood”, “knife to feather wood for fire”, “make a fire”, “using Kelly kettle for tea”, and general campsite/hiking activities.I can honestly say, they are so good, my brother purchased a pair (in the middle of the woods) after trying them when we’d stopped to make lunch & tea whilst we where out hiking. We set up a little base camp so we could use Kelly kettle to make some tea, then use the hobo stove setup parts to make a bacon sandwich, I’d been singing there praises all morning & then said he should try them, within 5 minutes he asked for the link to purchase some.Between us we described them as “lightweight & comfortable enough, to not get in your way, or feel in any, ANY! way uncomfortable or irritating(as gloves often do), with a quality of materials & manufacturing that gives you, a feeling of confidence your hands are protected and capable of carrying out any job, big or small”, be that a “club handed or intricate job”, with the sense that your gloves will act as a barrier that simply feels like a second skin.Incase it’s not obvious, both my brother (a GP) & I(precision aerospace engineer, biker), highly rate these gloves, as I say, he purchased a pair in the middle of the woods after trying mine whilst doing some tasks, and I have myself ordered a second pair.Summary;*They look great, good colour*Incredibly comfortable*lightweight*Inexpensive*Great quality*Touchscreen works faultlessly*Perfect fitI used the size guide to make my purchase and it was spot on.The only thing I can’t speak to, is durability, because I haven’t had them long enough, however in that time I’ve used them for hiking, camping knife work for the making, lighting & using of a camping fire for cooking, recurve bow archery(practice), crossbow archery(practice) and tomahawk throwing, they performed perfectly during all activities, show no signs of any wear or marking, I did put them through the washing machine at 40*, due to dirt & smelling of campfire smoke, and they came out perfect. If it’s not obvious by now, “I can’t recommend these highly enough”. If you need a pair of gloves for outdoors pursuit activities, or even just as a pair of gloves for everyday wear, you’d be happy you purchased these.I don’t believe in giving good reviews when it’s not warranted, but in this case, 100% will buy more myself(as will my brother).P.s. it’s some weeks, “only weeks!”, and I have brought another pair in black, to throw into my daily use ruc-sac…

Tough glove, bargain price
Lasted a tough military course where they were soaked through every day for weeks.Waterproof gloves (sealskinz etc) were a waste of time as it rained every single day and they would get soaked within 30 minutes through rain/rivers/falling over and then stay wet for the duration.Better to have these and constantly ring them out then the warmth from your hands would eventually warm the wet material providing adequate protection from the elements during winter.Nice fitting, close fit design for doing tasks (obviously you can't really tie your shoelaces or knots with any gloves on) but for handling sharp/rough/cold objects which would easily damage your soft hands (because they were so wet) these were great.I've had mechanix gloves in the past that haven't performed and fell apart after as little as a week but I was glad I gave them another go and for the price you really can't complain. The stitching and design has clearly improved some and I only intended them to last a few weeks but they made it through and time will tell how long they now last but the fact they survived what they did is a testament as the conditions/terrain were tough.I've washed them, scrunched them up, ringed them out, rubbed them together for warmth and they're still good to go, and even if they weren't? Buy another set. At this price they are a bargain.

Not as good as they look or described
This item is a little misleading in the pictures the gloves look well padded with the quick attach camera system but they are so thin in a very much doubt they'll last more than a couple of weeks if you were luckyThe size chart go up one size from your measurements there are size chart just isn't right and as somebody that not just for health reasons but also no protection covering for my hands so for many years I have been using fitted gloves and know how to measure the hand properly the only feature I do like is I can use my touch screen smartphone with them onOn Amazon there are some far better fitted anti-vibration glove that's touch screen quite a bit cheaper and definitely better materialBut I will now be stuck with these because I'm disabled by the time I'm I've gone on to have them sent back and waited for the next size up pair that were not only cheaper than this pairBut by the time I've driven to return them or found somebody else to do it on my behalf it's just not worth the cost of returning them I know the post is free but fuel isn't then on top of that our post office doesn't have wheelchair access so I have to use my stick and because of the new covid rules everything that much slower I have to pass the lady behind the counter who I must admit it's very kind but she'll get me a chair to sit on until my place in the queue comes upSo in my opinion if you're looking for a pair of gloves for DIY one or two times mechanical work or maybe some gardening you can buy far better for cheaperIf you're looking for a glove to do the job that this glove is described to do I would seriously consider looking elsewhere

Comfy and good fit - poor durability
Fit snug and are comfortable. Short allowing a watch to be used still without adjustment. Work great on touch screens.Seam across top of finger is annoying and seems like it could have been fairly easily designed out?Worst bit is the durability - from fairly light use (occasional hobby mechanic) and some mountain biking they have worn through fairly big holes on the index finger and thumb. Would have expected better - can’t imagine they would last more than a week or two in a professional setting
