Worth the price
I have been using it 2x / week for 2 months. I love it. Worth the price for the stability, accuracy and features.

Not happy with this purchase
I will not suggest any of my friend to buy this machine. It is not very easy to control this machine from console , I am happy with this purchase. I had to go back and forth with lobster customer care to return this item. I do not have good experience with them.

I like it!
Have received my Lobster Elite two days ago and impresses me as to its performance. First tennis ball machine I've owned, but I haven't taken it to the max on things and does well. Thanks Lobster!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR SUPPORT THE BRAND
I am extremely disappointed with Lobster Sports. I purchased a replacement handle for my Elite ball machine, only to discover it doesn’t fit. Nowhere on their website does it state that this handle will not fit all their Lobster ball machines. The product listing is misleading, as the photos closely resemble the machine I own. It wasn’t until I spoke with a customer service agent that I learned this handle is only compatible with certain models—not something disclosed upfront.Adding insult to injury, the handle was not cheap, and neither is their shipping. If you need to return the product, you’re responsible for return shipping and hit with a restocking fee. This means you’re out money, time, and left dealing with unnecessary aggravation caused by their poor product representation.Lobster Sports clearly doesn’t stand behind their products or care about their customers. Once they sell you a ball machine, they’re done. Replacement parts and accessories come with exorbitant price tags, and they charge you at every turn—even when it’s their fault for not advertising correctly. As someone in the tennis industry, I cannot recommend or support this company. Their lack of transparency and customer focus is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and choose another brand.

Lack of customer Support - Performance issues
Multiple times since purchasing a unit during 2020 It has had a number of issues, including bad battery, broken gears etc. I was able to get those fixed with replacement parts and guides on how to fix. Communication is slow with emails frequently taking a while to be answered or requiring multiple follow-ups if there is a back and forth. My biggest issue though is when I purchased and paid extra to have support to use their Android app as a remote. Despite paying extra etc. They no longer support the App and say I have to pay $300 for a replacement physical remote. Very frustrating.

Doesn’t work
I bought this machine last year. Out of the box, it had loose parts. After I fixed the loose parts, I was excited to use the machine, but the all pre- programmed drills (except one) hit directly to the bottom of the net. There is no way to adjust the elevation with the drills. I sent the machine back and when it came back the one drill that was working previously was now hitting all the balls into the bottom of the net (zero elevation) . One drill that was previously not working ( beginner drills) worked. So 1 out of 12 drills work. Customer service is very poor and doesn’t communicate. I received no explanation of the problem that was fixed the first time I sent it back. I have requested it be fixed again (it is still under warranty), but I don’t know if they will/can fix the problem.
