Love this little thing! It's not the prettiest to use, but it works. I had a week vacation away from my full-sun, south facing window boxes during the hottest week of the summer (days were averaging above 90 degrees) and I was certain that all my flowers would be shriveled tumbleweeds by the time I got home. I stuck one of these in each window box, filled them up, and crossed my fingers. Though my flowers weren't exactly flourishing when I came back, they were alive! After I filled the tanks up on these babies again, my flowers bounced right back and look great. I'm absolutely going to get some more for next year's vacation - this year's tomatoes didn't fare too well, and my hanging planters are, sadly, no more.

I live in Tucson, and it gets very hot. I bought these in the hopes that I could only water once a day. They are definitely working on two squash plants. The only problem is the cost. This product, for what it is, is overpriced. I bought two but will be looking for an alternative for another raised planter that I have. I can't see paying another $60 for that planter if there is another solution.

Omg these are THE BEST! I have kept 3 plants alive during the Phoenix summer. It does require a daily fill-up, so if you’re buying those with the intention of regulating the water of your plants, you’ll either need someone to come by and fill the basins, or you’ll only be able to take a 1 day trip. When I start planting my fall crops, I’ll be ordering more for our 1/2 wine barrel planters.

Maybe I didn’t read the description well enough but I must have overlooked the fact the tank is only big enough to hold 1 days worth of water. Get the glass watering gloves instead. Way cheaper and water lasts longer than a day.

Works great ! I live in Vegas. I have a container garden and grow organic tomatoes among others. I was tired of being frustrated with poor looking and producing tomato plants. I used my last seasons used potting mix, mulch and compost like it said on the ad. I did not buy anything else to keep cost down looking forward to summer. I will recommend this to anyone. It is definately worth the money. I have used many other products, and there is no product like this one. It does what it claims. So simple to use, and I saved a lot of money getting started. Great product!

I live is Seattle, and I've been trying to grow a tropical plant. I need to have well-drained soil, but I can't let the soil dry out. This tool helps keep water circulating for my new sensitive plant without having to water several times a day.

I COULD NEVER GET THE THINGS TO WORK PROPERLY. THE WICKS WOULD NOT DRIP.
