The item is poorly constructed/machined and NO instructions were provided. It could NOT be assembled as pictured and Amazon Customer Service had no clue as to how it could be assembled (3 calls!). I shall return it. Overall impression A TOTAL PIECE OF JUNK. Do NOT waste your time and money. It is priced about 50% of similar items and you will get what you pay for! I have written many reviews for astronomy products and this is my FIRST negative review.
