I bought one of these for my daughter back in April and she loved it. I loved it. It was exactly what we wanted but the about a month ago it just completely stopped working. I cannot get it to turn on at all. I tried every single suggestion on the FAQ and nothing worked. All that money and the thing will just not turn on anymore. It was great while it lasted but it did not last long at all so...UPDATE...The vobot company sent me a brand new vobot at no charge to me and it works very well. They have excellent customer service. It is clear, they really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I am very satisfied with my experience with Vobot. Thank you!

The VOBOT was purchased for my 6 year old to start getting herself up and going in the mornings. She absolutely loves it's design. This little thing can get SUPER loud. The setup of alarms and routines were a little tricky to figure out and it was quite annoying that right after an alarm goes off, you can't change the settings. Then I get busy, and don't remember to go back in later and change it.That's a minor detail though that is easily overlooked.This little radio has Amazon's Alexa and my daughter loves that feature too that she can ask her Bunny questions and what not. I particularly love the sleep sounds that helps lull her to sleep, the ability to change the colors of the ears, the ability to change the brightness, etc. and all from my phone.I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend for anyone who is wanting to start sleep training and/or provide their little ones with independence.**UPDATE**dropping stars to ONE. It just stopped working. Out of nowhere and right at the support cut off window. I spent $60 on a silicone paperweight. When it would turn it, it got to be so difficult keeping it connected to WiFi, we never truly figured out the sleep and wake schedules, and it wouldn't respond to it's own buttons so we had to use the app (if it would stay connected to Wifi) to control volume, the whitenoise sound, and color with intensity. My daughter was so heartbroken her bunny "died". For the little amount of time we were able to use, it was nice being able to stream music to the bunny from the Amazon Music App.

This showed true promise and after reading the reviews I was excited to try this for my girls. We brought this on vacation and it stopped working...we couldn't get it to do anything and it wanted us to redo the setup again and again. I thought it might be the wifi connection but NOPE! Brought it back home and plugged it in (to where we did the initial setup) and NOTHING! It won't let us do anything and now it's just a waste of money! Very bummed!!!Update: Vobot was very responsive to my issue! I was told that this product cannot connect to unsecure wifi or hotspots (which we didn't) and their production team is working to repair the error. Thank you for making this right Vobot!Update: product is working great and we have had no issues with technical problems. It has helped my girls with sleep training so much!!!

We got this clock for our three-year-old. We have a similar clock (different brand) for our 8 year old that we like very much. My three-year-old liked the bunny ears of this one so we thought we'd put in the extra money and get it. It is a pain to set-up and does not work quite as the video suggested. The bunny face it's not constant or intuitive. There's no way to have the bunny face be the primary display and she was disappointed with having to look at the clock. Our other sleep trainer has a face that wakes up or goes to sleep depending on the time of day and planned schedule. there's also no way to keep the night light on all night. It seems to time out after about 45 minutes. The actual training setup is also challenging and I still haven't figured it out. The way it's worded and the samples don't seem to make sense. I wish I could take pictures to show you exactly why it makes no sense. The app doesn't have enough options and there's no way of looking up what you really want to know. I wanted to contact customer service but it only has a section for feedback. I wrote my questions there and I'm waiting for a response. We would definitely be returning this if my three-year-old hadn't torn the package in the process of opening it. I could go on...

The bunny itself has a bunch of useful bedside tools that are actually used everyday. The alexa n onboard is great for quick information although not limited to the kids stuff like a separate device would be. Before bed it has color coding to help know when the child needs to start settling down and help them find a patterned groove they desire. It has white noise for going to sleep with different colored night lights and a alarm clock to wake tp. Parents have all the control via an app which is great for setting limits. The speaker is normal for its size but you wont be blown away. Overall it is worth the price to have all of the different tools compact into one device that has a great kid friendly design.
