The media could not be loaded. This thing is a 10/10. I’ve purchased other attachments for my Dyson DC33 that didn’t fit, this one does. You just push the lever down, brush, and then release. All the hair instantly gets sucked up into the brush. Poof gone! I love it. I’m using this on a white German Shepherd and she’s not a 100% fan but she tolerates it, and will likely get used to it over time.
