Working like a charm so far!
I like having and playing the old games and utilities I bought years ago that are no longer compatible with newer versions of Android, so bought a 2012 Nexus 7 wifi, which I had back in the day before I traded it in online. This one never worked smoothly at all and got very hot. I also like to root and install custom roms, and that still didn't help. I installed this new battery (which was very easy) and it is like a new tablet, no stuttering, only gets a little warm when gaming, and pretty darn smooth for 2012 Android and Jelly Bean. Of course not nearly as fast and smooth as my Samsung SM-T590 unrooted tablet, but at least very usable now, whereas before it was just very frustrating. Thank you NewPower99.

Battery kit complete. CD included was easy to follow. Just hard removing case on nexus even with tool.
