Q: why is it more expensive here than every other store selling it?

More expensive? I can only give my opinion. Every seller can set a price. I payed a few dollars more because I prefer to by from a seller with a higher seller rating. Also I tend not to by from sellers with sites or app’s that are not user friendly.

Q: Can this be attached to the lagshot club?

I’m not sure about a lagshot club, I have attached mine to an iron and a fairway wood. It should work with any club with a standard golf club handle as long as the handle don’t flex.
