Good for nostalgia, but they don't make em' like they used to.
It was very nostalgic to me that they started remaking Bionicles, since that was a big part of my childhood. They don't quite feel like the old ones, but evolution of the series must take place. Easy build for someone with Lego experience. Fun regardless.

Fun for all ages
Got this for my son for Christmas. He loves bionicles and this was a big hit. Well made and came on time, well packaged.

Good Build-Mediocre Figure
This figure is very reminiscent of the Rahi Beasts from 2001. It has a nice complicated build, however the function lacks the coolness factor of its 2001 counterparts. The nicest thing it has is the Gold Skull Spider Mask, and its face print. It is a good set for completionists, but maybe not the best for causual BIONICLE fans. Unfortunately the box my copy of the figure came in was in rather poor condition. I would take a picture, but I got rid of the box years ago.

Technic meets CCBS
Oh man, I see people hating on this set a lot online but it is my favorite of the spring 2015 line. The mechanism of the grabbing legs is cool and I'd say that the difficulty level of the set is pretty high for the price point. It also has a lot of pieces for a Lego large action figure set, being much closer to a technic model like the old Bionicle Rahi.

A favorite fro my son
I don’t know why but I’ve bought this bionicle twice, per my son’s request. He really likes playing with these after he assembles them so it’s not just a LEGO set that you display after putting it together.

Came in a ripped box, taped, and not presentable for a gift looks like used. $81 a rip-off

My son loved it!!!
My son loved it. He is into spiders and this was one of his Christmas present. It took awhile to put together but was pretty easy and the end product was awesome (see picture). Will be purchase another one for my younger son. Highly recommend!!!

Arrived with a missing bag
I bought this as a gift and discovered a whole bag of pieces was missing from the box.
