I love the easy fill top!
This is a great addition to my hummingbird feeders. Being able to fill from the top, is easy and much less messy. I wish it had perches for the birds, but they seem to manage fine. It is well made, a beautiful color, and came on time and well packaged.

Top fill is so much more convenient
I love this hummingbird feeder. The lid pops off easily and reseals well. When pouring from the top I wondered if it would start leaking from the spouts, but I am happy to say there is NO mess. I was able to fill it to the TOP rather than have it all settle and only seem half full and have to refill more often. I had to tip it a little to make sure the spouts were open to the liquid and they are. I have challenges with my hands and this is very nice, with little force or effort in the utilization of my hands. Less waste, less mess, great look.

Conversation piece
Everyone that sees it loves it. Although the birds aren't so impressed. This feeder dose not have perches on it and has a tight neck which makes cleaning a little harder but with bottle brush it works just fine. With that being said I still feel this is a 5 because it's unique and looks so darn cute hanging in my yard.

Very nice feeder, but needs tweaking.
First, this is a nice feeder. Initial was going to give this 1 star but it worked out in the end. At first, it didn't work, no hummingbirds would use it. Yes the advertisement shows lot of hummingbirds using it but this is easy to manipulate in a controlled environment. After a few days of no birds, I took it apart and painted the top of the base red letting it dry/cure for a couple days. Within the first hour the hummingbirds were using it. Anyone using the tan base feeder and noticing it is not being used much or at all, paint the base a nice red.

Good-- But You Need to buy the Perches accessory
I have so many hummingbirds, that I go through about 1-2 gallons a DAY and I have quite a few different feeders.I like this one with it's top fill, and now I am buying more of these types, because it's quicker and easier to fill them.BUT, it took a while (almost a week!) for the birds to go to this one. They would land on it and then go to another feeder right away. But, eventually it became one of their favorite feeders. An issue with these is that when you fill them, the liquid does not go down to the bottom, so they don't get anything. I tip them over in each direction a few times until the air is out of the bottom and then they function well. This has to be repeated whenever I clean them.ALSO, hummingbirds really want to have those perches to sit on when they eat and this DOES NOT come with them.***** So, I consider it a must to purchase the accessory set of flowers that come with the wire perches!!!Some of these come with perches, and I have no idea why this one does not.So just be aware that an addition purchase is necessary with this feeder.

Let’s in a lot of Rain Water
It’s so pretty & the top fill is convenient but it seems to come at the cost of letting in rain water diluting the nectar so much that my humming birds almost never drink out of this feeder. Also note there is not a perching location for the birds - I did not think about that when purchasing however that is not the products fault. Disappointed as I wanted this to work because it is a beautiful feeder.

Love this Feeder
This is a great feeder; super easy to take apart (took me a minute to figure out how to take the base apart), clean then refill. I've read reviews hummingbirds were not attracted to it; I've not had that problem but I had an established feeder which may have helped when I swiched it out for this one. This feeder does NOT have perches but the hummingbirds figured out how to perch on the flower petals. Another thing I've seen in reviews are leaking problems, I have not experienced that at all. Maybe the "flowers" were not pushed in all of the way or the base was not tightened down for those who had leaking. The bottom of the base is plastic so I don't how long that will last being in the sun most of the day but we'll see. Bottom line, I love this feeder and so do the hummingbirds.

Cute 1 season usable
Don't get the ones that open on the top. It's a nice idea but difficult to fill because either end you go it leaks out the other til you get it back together. The color only lasts for 1 season then it's clear, spray paints easy. The bottom metal rusts quickly, not good for birds. Nice idea but needs upgrade.

La base es plastico, al sol se echa a perder
Pesa poco, se puede colgar bien sin riesgo a que se caiga

Nice looking and good quality.
The hummingbirds love it. Wish the bottom piece would snap off for thorough cleaning.

Looks nice, but the foam float is a catastrophe and prevents any safe use with hummingbirds.
Perky-Pet has been upping their game lately and there's a lot to like about this group of feeders that use a foam float to regulate refilling of the bottom bowl. Aside from the foam liquid regulator (see below), this feeder is well made and I think that it's a good design using good materials and quite reasonable manufacturing. So what's the problem? The foam float makes this feeder very dangerous to use for hummingbirds. When you are in the health or food industries, or have studied microbiology, you will immediately recognise the unfortunate error that Perky-Pet has made in using an open-cell foam as the float device. The foam is intended to float on top of your sucrose solution and this regulates the refilling action from the reservoir above. The theory is good, but the practice has one critical fault. The open-cell foam has millions of tiny holes and cavities, which are an ideal place for bacterial and fungal cells to lodge and grow in. Except through the winter, this will happen inside this feeder in about two days after you first put it out. To clean this foam float properly would be more than the feeder is worth, it would take a lot of time and in any case you couldn't clean it with ANY chemicals as you could never rinse the chemicals out effectively - the foam's holes would never fully release the chemicals, so you would be giving them to your hummingbirds day by day after - toxicity and probable death, I'm afraid. You could, I guess, boil the float in water, but that would likely destroy it fairly soon. So you have a float that you should only use once and then once it has its inevitable compliment of environmental contaminants in the millions of tiny holes, you are done. Throw the foam float away, because you will never safely clean it. If you use bleach or other disinfectants, you will poison your birds as you could never fully rinse those chemicals out. And if you don't clean it (as I suspect many folks won't) - you will be serving your hummingbirds a sucrose soup full of bacteria and mold cells, which grow exponentially. No good. So sadly - a very big, scientific thumbs-down here. Too bad, because the rest of the feeder is nicely done, but the foam float was badly conceived, and definitely sinks the whole design.
