excellent service, excellent quality & very happy.
I am so happy I brought this bed, it looks stunning, so soft, comfortable & it was the best night sleep I have had in ages. Both my children want this bed now aswell, so i guess I'm going to be buying 2 more. I contacted the seller about the delivery as I wernt sure when it was arriving and they got straight back to me, the bed arrived the next morning. As for the courier he was actually brilliant, so happy polite, helpful and cheerful, i would be very pleased to hear if it was my business and the driver was delivering with such great customer service. So all in all I was very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

This bed is a lovely design, easy to assemble and is really comfortable. Well worth the money as very reasonable price.

Great purchase!
Actually over the moon with this! Arrived way before expected delivery. Easy to put together and actually surprisingly comfortable! (Had reservations that the comfort wouldn't be there due to the price) lovely and high which i love and the material is lovely. Dont think the base will take alot of abuse but i find that standard with many divan beds. Very happy!

Guest bed at best with poor quality parts
Initially thought this was a good buy but after a month the mattress was not as firm as it was and sags in the middle. The head board screws cannot be tightened enough to stop it keep slipping down. The plastic wheels are poor quality with half of them breaking apart in the first few weeks. It turns out this is a pretty average bed and only suitable as a non-permanent/guest bed at best. Service though was good with dealing with a delivery issue I had. Such a shame about the bed.
