I ordered one of these as a refill jerky for when my Tillamook jerky canister was empty. I opened the package and mold was in the center. Absolute waste of $20. They looked fine in the package but when I opened it up to separate them, this was what I found. 🤢

I have been on the hunt for years for a high quality meat stick that is low in sodium and flavorful. The search is over! I love the texture which is soft and fresh. The taste is a perfect Teriyaki that is not too strong. The only thing I don’t like is the bulk packaging. The sealed individual packs are only for the Habanero. If you can package all of your quality meat sticks individually, that would be easier for travel & packing lunch boxes.

These taste great. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because they started molding about a week after opened. I ate 2 or 3 and sealed the rest in an airtight freezer bag and left them at room temp. When I went back to eat some more, approximately 5 to 6 days in, mold was growing on them and had to throw out the rest. They were kept airtight and sealed. I did order again, but this time I will put in the fridge and hope they last. Hoping for longer lasting results

These are really good! I was expecting something similar to Tillamook, but these are so much better. They're moist, don't have any "un-chewables" that I've had in most other meat sticks I've eaten and even though it says refrigerating will maintain freshness & better flavor, it's not a requirement. Overall, very happy.

A surprisingly tasty and substantial snack. When bitten into, it has a pleasant little snap, followed by a nice meaty mouthful. It is not at all like those dry, hard to chew and digest sticks commonly found on the counters of convenience stores. My only criticism is that they are not individually wrapped, making them not so transportable. But I suppose that is so the cost can be kept down and can be easily overcome by a Ziploc. All in all a great alternative to more sugary snacks to keep hunger at bay.

Am extremely pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of these beef sticks! It’s obvious that great care and pride goes into making these sticks. I’ve been on the hunt for a healthier, tastier, quality jerky and I believe I’ve found it! Big plus, the lower sodium! My wife has a condition where salt is an issue and she was very happy with these!

I spent the better part of a solid month checking out every meat stick source that could be found, until I finally came across the "El Norteno" company. After checking all the reviews that I could find, and scrutinizing the listed ingredients that was used to make these incredible Teriyaki, smoked meat sticks....I chose to try them out. It turned out to be the best decision because the taste, and the texture of them are like they were made by someone who cares about the finished product. These have a just right amount of the smoke flavor (not over bearing at all), and a perfect blend of seasoning, and spice to make these a pleasant eating experience. I will definitely be buying more of these!!!

This brand and flavor of meat sticks are the favorite in my home. I think we have tried nearly all of them but these are the best by far! So even though they are not inexpensive, we are never without them because they taste so great and even help us on our diets. Thats a wow in my book!!!
