Thomas Sabo Women Charm Pendant Letter A-Z Charm Club Silver 925 Sterling Silver

I purchased this for my Thomas Sabo charm necklace (featured in pictures). This is a genuine Thomas Sabo charm, which arrives with a lovely pouch so would be ideal for a gift. Fits the necklace well with a good ratio on size to the necklace and at a better deal than Jewellers'. Would recommend and purchase again.

Charm was lovely but unfortunately the link snapped last week an I tried to return it but the return window had closed. I bought the charm end of May and the ability to return the charm, the window had closed end of June which means there was only a 4 week window to return if you were unhappy anyway regardless of the reason. Not very happy with seller as I am unable to contact them to inform them.

I have purchased Thomas Sabo letter charms for many years, usually from their counter in Fenwicks at Brent Cross, but sadly they do not stock them anymore. I think they make an excellent gift and an be clipped on a watch, a bracelet or worn on a chain.

Pretty charm but really! I wish I had purchased it elsewhere because the least I would have expected was that it would be in a jewellery box..... but has arrived in a plastic bag. I've seen the item elsewhere complete with Thomas Sabo branded box for the same money. ! The item is a gift, So much for presentation.

Had to return as the clasp broke straight away. Thought it may be just a faulty one off I received another quickly but that also had a faulty clasp.

Lovely item, unfortunately the clasp broke when I caught it on my trousers, on an anklet not ideal. A shame really as for £30 you would expect better.

Had thus a few days and the clasp broke!! Had to order another one as the initial is very important to see. Haven't seen anything which fits my bracelet better.
