I bought same type of underwear from different vendor. I wear size 9 or 10 US depending on the style of underwear. From the other company I was able to order XXL and they fit fine. With this vendor the XXL look like a size 7I will say this type of underwear works well for someone who experiences slight stress incontinence. Eliminates the need for panty liners. Can't speak on using them for heavier flow.The pic I added shows the same size panty, top from this vendor. Bottom from another vendor. Both supposed to be XXL.Update:I returned and decided to try another size to see if it would work. The 4X size is still smaller than a 9. looks like an 8Also didnt realize that the coverage inside is all towards the back, literally no protection towards the front. These would not be good for stress incontinence much less a period flowtry the Funcy brand. I am buying more of those.

Very small leg holes. No protection if period pad leaks in the front. Runs very small. 4x is fits like a small size 8. The legs holes are misplaced somehow, like seem fine then become very uncomfortable very fast.
