So. Freaking. Good.
Tastes just like the delicious yellow curry from my favorite Thai restaurant. I used an entire can of coconut cream, think it was more than the recipe calls for, but it was still super tasty. I made dinner for a family of four adults with one packet, and I still have some left over. I cooked the potatoes, carrots, onions, and broccoli in just enough water to cook/steam them before adding the sauce packet and coconut cream, threw in a little extra turmeric for health and color, then burned the roof of my mouth because I couldn't shovel it in my face fast enough.It is not very spicy, just a hint of heat. I thought it could use a little more heat, but I left it as is so my elderly mother could eat it, and honestly it was so delicious anyway. So if you like it hot, get something to spice it up.Be careful: it is a liquid and will splash if you open it willy-nilly. I thought it would be thicker coming out and spilled a tad.This is our new pantry staple.

This is the BEST curry sauce out there. Healthy & truly quick and easy.
This has got to be the best tasting curry sauce out there. We've tried all the Mike's Organic Curry Love flavors and can't decide which is our favorite. We're pretty healthy eaters (usually looking for low carb dishes) and we're always looking for variety for our meals. These curry sauce mixes are the perfect go to. We do eat meat occasionally, so we tried the Yellow Thai sauce with chicken and it was the perfect spiciness, just enough and not too much (our packet was mild). We tried the Red Thai sauce with cauliflower rice and veggies and WOW! It was so delicious! It made the cauliflower rice taste amazing (and that's hard to do!) It is VERY easy to fix, organic, vegan, low carb, NO preservatives, dairy and gluten free. Oh, and the packaging is not only incredibly beautiful, but it isn't going into a landfill. And they're a company who give back as members of 1% For The Planet. We are in LOVE LOVE LOVE with Mike's Organic Curry Love!!

Curry Fan Becomes Curry Fanatic After Trying Mike’s Organic Curry Love
I have to insist: if you even remotely like curries, you MUST order this variety pack! It includes 3 DELICIOUS, APPROACHABLE-YET AUTHENTIC tastes (red green yellow), all of them allow you to kick-up anything you are preparing several notches. I combined with jasmine rice, firm tofu, tomatoes, fresh basil (that’s my fave way to prep) and the tastes were gorgeous and it felt terrific to eat, seeing all the ingredients and knowing they were organic and made in the USA! My other family members added to chicken as well as to shrimp… they were both blown away at the flavors and LOVED the yellow and green especially… I can’t decide which curry I love the most, the one I’m eating at the moment seems like my fave every time. I can’t recommend highly enough! Oh! Additionally, the family members who tried the curries had never had ANY curries before, which is why I consider them “approachable”… you don’t need an adventurous palate to love these curries, and the discerning curry fan will become a Mike’s Organic Curry Love fanatic!! I am.

Product has changed from fantastic to awful... ** Cilantro allergy alert **
I had purchased and enjoyed this product many times. This was my last. Differences with previous version:* Sauce is no longer smooth out of the pouch but watery and chunky instead, as if it had separated* Nutrition has changed from 80 calories/4g carb per container to 200 calories/20 carb (containers are the same size)* Ingredients and proportions have changed (based on order listed for each product) > Same (without regards to amount): Coconut milk, dried red chili, lemongrass, shallots, garlic, galangal > Added: Rice bran oil, sweet Thai basil, cilantro, white pepper > Removed: Coriander, cumin > Changed: Filtered water->water, Cane sugar->sugar, Sea salt->salt, kaffir lime leaf->kaffic lime peelI almost can't believe these two products are sold under the same UPC. I could (and did) eat this several times a week, but I couldn't stomach this new? version (even if it didn't have cilantro). Hopefully YOU don't have a cilantro allergy, but IMO this new version is nasty. Finally if this was part of your keto diet, it just became 5x less keto-friendly.

Not enough liquid
To get the amount of curry liquid that they show in the pictures, you'd have to make a single bowl only.It says to use "about" 1lbs of meat and throw in veggies etc but if you do that, you only get a dripping of sauce in your bowl once you serve it. Truly a disappointment since the sauce itself is good. It just dilutes far too much once you try to make enough to feed even just two people.I think you'd have to use two and add some coconut milk to get it to fill up a bowl like in the pictures. It's definitely missing some volume.Flavor is excellent tho! It just dillites when you add enough to feed people.

Delicious and authentic
When the packaging says “made in small batches in Sri Lanka” they aren’t kidding and take that from a Sri Lankan heritage family! The simmer sauce is amazingly flavorful and so convenient to fix dinner in a rush, one can put some rice in rice cooker and get to sauté some chicken pour in the curry sauce and it’s ready in 30 minutes. So being of the origin the downside is the sauce is not spicy enough so we add in two teaspoons of red chilli powder during sauté and if like a little richness add I cup of organic coconut milk....you have delicious meal!
