In Depth ReviewMy initial impression of the light was not the best. I saw a small box and thought for sure this can’t be it? However, the company did such a great thing in making the light able to fold in two. This cuts shipping costs, and gives it a very slim profile when you do extend it.I played with the light for 48 hours to give it a very fair review, as truthfully I did not want to spend a lot if I did not have to. I was excited to have a customizable LED light for such a great price! Would it deliver was the real question?The app needs some minor updates, but here is my short cut to get the right color. You have 4 dials, yellow/white, a sun, ww, and cw. If you click the C with a gear logo at the top right, you can click full power. That gives you a new dial, a circle with lines. Just click and hold to slide the two options once in it. One is for the whites/reds/greens and the second controls the blue lights. I have mine set to WW=40 CW=255, but you can bump to 255 and 255 for a sweet 20k look.The timer works and I also had some trouble figuring it out, but where it says PleaseSelectDevice just slide up. You will the lights name come up. From there just select the days, times, on/off, and the last option is to set it (operate). So long as you don’t cut power it remembers the times you picked. You do not need a timer neither your phone/tablet to be around to turn on/off by itself.I highly recommend this light to any high tech planted tank keeper, or any saltwater SPS, LPS enthusiast!Things I would change if possible, a leg system for it as not everybody can hang it. I made my own legs for the light to stand it over my tank for about $10 with metal wire and acrylic from Home Depot.I also think the heat shield could use some vented pattern for a better appeal. Though to be fair, the current flat one works at taking heat off just fine. Even at full power the fixture never got too hot to the touch.I’m nitpicking here though, because again for the price you pay it’s pretty awesome to have full control of the Kelvin color and pretty sweet app timer controls. May make a video to show how to app works, once I got passed it I fell in love with the light.Thanks guys for the great product!

The media could not be loaded.  I was sort of going out on a limb when I got this. Wow what a light this thing is light and super bright! The thing that sold me was that it didn't have any fans, but it runs super cool. The colors are amazing you can see in my pictures that my coral are popping with color. I've used a bunch of lights and this is one of my top 3 will be ordering more in the future. I will update this with the par valves this week!

Overall, this LED light is pretty good and nice pricing. Light are strong enough for my 40 gallons reef tank. Also make good coloration fit you set the lighting good!The only difficult part of this light is learn to set a timer for different light, once you learn is pretty easy, it took me so time to learn tho.In my experience of light setting: “first open Bluetooth and open the app, then wait for the App to connect the light in the App” “second, click and pick the coloration you want for the specific time!”“Third(Most Important!), after picked the coloration you want go to the timer page in the App (do not change the color anymore!) and click on one of the timer section in the page and pick the times.” “Fourth, Once you click and set the time on one of the section, that section will automatically save the coloration you picked before you select and set the timer! And repeat!Reminder! Do not click on the timer section you already set! No matter what! Because it will replace the coloration you have right now in your App to the timer section!One more reminder! Wait a day and see the timer you set works or not before making any changes! In my way, I’ll stand in front of the light and wait for light change! I stand there at 3:58 and my third color changes light turn on at 4:00. Once it works, it works forever!Once you get used to it, it’s amazing to use!This light is hard to use at first with the timer and lighting. But after you set it correctly, it’ll definitely growth corals.Here I’m sharing my setting.
