On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is no milk froth and 10 is all the froth you ever need, this thing scores a 12 minimum!11 doesn't even begin to get to it!I filled it up to the max and used arla semi skimmed milk, 50% less fat than the suggested amount and within 60 seconds the milk was spewing over the sides due to the sheer volume of froth it made.This thing is a froth machine which is exactly what you want.It feels very sturdy and quite frankly is exactly what i wanted, my only gripe would be to put a bigger top on it so when you fill it to the max line it doesn't spill out of the top because this thing is too good for its own good!

This is a good machine for frothing milk. It recommends using full fat milk, but I've always used semi skimmed with excellent results. As I am the only one who drinks milky coffee in our house I'm not sure how many cups it would stretch to. The instructions say not to fill above the 'max' line - it does spill out, down the side if you do. The only trouble with the max line is that it's not easy to see due to it being black. I use the spinning wheel as a guide by not quite covering the black plastic bit. Cleaning it is a bit awkward, they supply a small brush which I presume is for cleaning the wheel as the brush head is at an angle. I rinse my machine as soon as I've poured the milk out, which has prevented the wheel getting clogged up, but there is always a film of milk at the bottom of the machine for which the brush is at the wrong angle for cleaning it. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I was looking forward to getting this as the reviews were good but it’s been a pain for me since the first use. It barely holds anything as it’s mostly workings with a tiny part at the top for milk. Every time I use it I always put in less than the maximum line yet it always bubbles out of the lid and goes everywhere. If I fill it to minimum line it doesn’t but that’s hardly any milk. Regret buying this

Purchased this after using a friends big brand name frother that is twice the price. Had 3 weeks now and is used at least 6 times a day, everyday. Provides consistent results for us using skimmed milk. For cleaning we rinse out, leave half full of water and then just wipe out and rinse - no problems experienced to date. The max fill marking can be hard to see in poor light but hard to see how this can be improved without effecting the non-stick coating. You do have to be carful not to exceed the max marking - it will overflow.Overall well impressed as this performs just as well as the expensive big brand alternatives and looks pretty good as well

The product does exactly what it says, heats milk to an appropriate temperature and improves any hot drink that it compliments.The only downside to the kettle is that it leaves a small milk residue to the bottom of the interior. This is relatively easy to wipe out, however rinsing immediately after use still requires a wiping.On the whole, this combined with my bean to cup coffee machine that only has a manual milk frother saves time as I can set my coffee to brew along with a small jug of milk heating, saves me the £200-300 pound that would have cost me to have an automatic milk heater on a coffee machine.Well worth the money.

The product appears to be well constructed but in use it is poor. The maximum milk levels are not clear and if needed for a second use it is impossible to see a level mark at all as the marks are covered with froth . It is far from easy to clean and the milk quantity is very small..

Found out by using once the right amount of milk to use, as came over the top but hey ho my fault and have not looked back an excellent product. Milk is always hot and I use both skimmed and semi skimmed milk, I pour it to just over the metal piece in the bottom, agitator? Love it !!!

So disappointed! Put milk lower than the max line, in the middle of max and min line, the milk just come out. After heating the milk up, no milk left, all is froth. Never recommend.
