I’m not sure what I expected, but these things will glow if a light is kept on them for a while when it is dark out. I’m using mine outdoors, and they are in almost constant sunlight all day. When it gets dark there is no glowing, none! The picture is very misleading. At least they were relatively cheap, so it’s not worth the effort of returning them.

Doesn’t light in dark. I don’t recommend others to waste their money

So much fun with our son with these rocks. We have a nice open yard and he was having a blast making different patterns. We also lined our walkway since it is pretty dark and it has been great for my husband who comes home from work in the dark.

These glowing stone are awesome, I put some in my garden and some on the top of indoor plant.They do glow at night and make my garden a beautiful scene.Just make sure that you put the stones under the sun for several hours.

A friend of mine had these in her yard and I loved the glow. I opted to use them in a glass bowl in my kitchen vs. outside, so they act as a bit of a nightlight. I LOVE the color and the glow is beautiful. Totally recommend if you're looking for something punchy in your kitchen day or night.

My kids absolutely loved these! We put them in a jar and using them as a night night on the kitchen bar.
