I have a normal size skull. I have bought a couple of different helmet liners from different vendors and been disappointed. They stretch out or are too tight. I was worried about some of the bad reviews on this one, but bought a black one (Nov 2023) and it turned out great for me. I have no idea what those bad reviews were talking about. I have had a good fit, it stays snug and doesn't stretch out of shape. I have had no staining of other items when this liner gets wet with sweat and it has not faded with washing. In short, I am very happy and about to order another couple. Because, like my reading glasses, I can never find it when I need it.UPDATE: I have been wearing these almost every day and hand washing them at night so they are dry by morning. They have lasted quite nicely with no fading, stretching, nor falling apart. I am very happy with these.

Fabric and construction are superb. Stretchy, yet snug. Fits my medium-sized adult head. Expect long-term use of this cap.Goal: thin, snug, comfy cap for warmth for winter jogging that would not interfere with my optional fleece and outer shell hoods on top. This is great for that purpose.

I wear these on cold mornings on training rides under my helmet. They fit nice and snug. The have a light fleece lining to keep my head and ears warm

This is a mid weight skull cap. Fabric is nice and smooth and fit is great. Great for skiing under helmet, or cold weather bike rides.

Three Stars = meets expectations.Buy a pair as they are great doubled for colder days while one is great in warmer temps. Fit well under a hat. Easy to wash. Fast to dry.

The hat fits nicely under my helmet and is quite comfortable. It fits snugly to my head and keeps me comfortable in Fall rides.It is just the right weight. Not for winter riding but warm enough when the temps fall below 50F.
