Second use, trying just basic straightening with a comb, slow and light pressure. Handle gave out and now it just sits like this, wires exposed.No thanks. Garbage.

Thought it was inexpensive for the price. Primarily purchased to straighten my beard. It did what it was supposed to, it strengthened my beard/hair but had to comb it quite a bit to achieve my desired result. Overall, a decent product... seems to be a generic chinese product/brand. For best result, straighten while hair is a bit moist or in the case of a beard, with beard oil applied.Negatives:- Only one heat setting, it would be great if it offered various hear level settings.- The 'comb' portion is a cheap plastic component that slides over the iron and is what's used to comb your hair and align it ot the heated iron. I would have liked for the product to have provided a replacement as the single one that is packaged seems to show signs on melting. Would also be great if they offered one with actual comb fiberPositive-Cheap-Provides decent results

I don't know what these reviews are for?? I ordered a beard straightner. I literally waited for this to come; so excited. Highly disappointed when it arrived. It's funny how the picture says USA when everything is in a different language. It's cheap. Buy from someone else/different product.

I have long been waxing my own face; lip, chin and eyebrows. I have very difficult hair to remove.I used to use Sally Hansen stuff that you buy at the Walgreens or whatever, but I would have to wax over and over again.I an a research queen, so I went in search of something stronger. I do my own waxing because I do not like the way others wax my face.I found this product and liked the reviews, not only here but elsewhere as well.This product worked extremely well for me. I had no issues getting rid of my hard-to-remove hair. Some people have complained about the fact that this wax is more painful than other waxes. I have not found this to be true, but I have been waxing for a long time, and I have a fairly high tolerance for pain.If you are used to salon-quality wax, you will not have an issue with this wax. I recommend getting the warmer that goes with it, as melting the wax over the stove can be a bit tricky otherwise; especially if you do not have gas or butane.Overall, if you are an avid at-home waxer, this is the wax you want to get.

It could be better it could be worse, I bought this with the sole purpose to straighten my beard out, it took multiple multiple passes to get it relatively straighten, but I wish It could have been hotter with more comb bristles to ketch and divert more of the hair to the heat.

I purchased this because it was cheap. I returned it because it didn't do anything for my beard. I don't really see how this design will straighten a beard. I purchased a "straightening brush" that works much better.

De muy mala calidad, llego en tiempo pero no funciono, cuando la conecte jamásCalentó y no la pudimos usar.No recomiendo ni al vendedor ni a Amazon porque la página no te facilita el regresar la mercancía, si lo quieres regresar tú debes pagar, y ya no te conviene.

Es una estafa, no la compren :(
