For the price, the quality is way better than expected. It doesn't look cheap and is well put together. It comes in a nice gift box with the funnel and pin. It comes with instructions if needed, but is very self-explanatory. I like the variety of colors to choose from and went with emerald/green since it is my father's birthstone. It is a nice keepsake.Cons:-It doesn't fit a lot into it, but it serves its purpose.-I had to cut some of the tip of the funnel so that it sifts better and not just get compacted in the bottom of the funnelDo the transferring over a paper towel or piece of paper for possible messes

I wore this on my body for over 2 years straight, only taking off for surgery. It still looks as good as the day I got it. The chain just recently broke, but the charm is perfect.

The pendant is really cute and perfect size for an urn pendant. Instructions are easy. My only issue is the chain is really ugly and looks like it will break easily. Its not smooth, just feels "cheap". I bought this necklace for my 9 year old after we lost our kitty, but she has not wanted to wear it because even the thinks the chain looks flimsy (without my influence). I haven't bought her a new chain yet, but once I do, this will look so nice. It is a great little memorial to keep a lost loved one close.

For the price, I am blown away by this necklace. In a time of grief, it's a beautiful reminder of my father. I am grateful to have a means to carry him with me still. As long as you understand you get what you pay for, then this item is exactly as described. It's sturdy. The chain holds up. The "gemstone" is plastic, but at a distance it looks beautiful. The only one who would notice is yourself. Your loved one doesn't care, as long as it makes you feel better.

When we lost a pet, my spouse, child and myself wanted to be able to have a keepsake with each of us. I’ve had them for a few months now and there’s no tarnishing. The top stays very secure by design but could also easily be sealed permanently.

The clear crystal fell out after 2 weeks of wear. Apart from that the quality of the necklace and clasp seem fine.
