I am rewriting my review so it doesn't turn into a novel.What I'm impressed with is customer service. I wasn't expecting anything impressive but still wasn't too happy with my PC, so they reached out to me (I didn't even contact them) to fix the issue. They went above and beyond my expectations with handling the issue! If you aren't sure you want to risk it, go ahead and buy it. They will assist you if you aren't happy!As for the PC itself, it's okay. It is refurbished and age is evident. Runs decently for your basics: youtube videos, typing up word documents, the likes. Some important notes that were discussed with customer service:1. This is advertised for basic use. It is not a good PC for games. I have a laptop that runs 2 GB ram and is better at games. If you are looking for an office PC, it will suffice.2. All their PCs, I was told, are gen 4 or older. 3. Mine specifically will not go to sleep. I don't know why. If I try to put it to sleep, it restarts then freezes. I updated all the drivers but it still does this.4 It is thin and not too bulky/heavy, so again, very good for offices or small studies.5. Mine is rather quiet. There is some white noise but not any more than my mini fridge.6. The components are good. You get the PC itself plus monitor, keyboard, mouse, wifi adapter and all cables needed to hook them up. The only things I had to get were a mousepad and speakers. This means, again, a good option for a study or office where you don't already have those things. All pieces are compatible with the PC you get.So in summary, PC itself is okay, about what you'd expect for $200. Customer service is excellent.

The computer was okay, I’ll say that. The box was not really packed correctly and the keyboard box + mouse box was left opened and not sealed properly. Monitor came with a scratch mark; also haves an issue with the power cord being a bit loose causing it to turn off if moved too much. Computer’s graphics card + CPU is not really fit for gaming but recommended for working. I would rate this a 5 star but the fact UPS kind of damaged my package I would leave it a 4/5. (ALSO MONITOR IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE SHOWN IN THE IMAGE!). My package came late (2 days later than expected) because UPS would deliver at the random instead of giving a specific time than said on the app. Other than those issues, this is not bad for the price just needs better work with shipping and sealing the package correctly.

This pc arrived early, only complaint was that the delivery company left it on my front stoop which had nearly 4 inches of wet snow on it. I was away from home, so I don't know how long it was out there. Thank goodness it was a box within a box and covered with plastic.Once unpacked and warmed up hard it powered up an running in about 20 minutes. The monitor had a pink line thru it from top to bottom, but cleared up by the next day. It had fairly high cpu usage at first, but did a few things and it seems to be running fine now.It appears to be a quality refurbished product for the money. We shall see how long it lasts. At this point I would buy from Blair again.

This was a rip off. The CPU did not work and the keys on the keyboard are super hard to push. RIP OFF. Do not buy it.

I like about it because it did come with a keyboard a pad a mouse in the accessories so I was very happy with that I disliked it because it didn't have enough icons on the home screen

I AM IN LOVE !!! For the value of this I was NOT expecting what we received!!!! Top notch computer !!! Its perfect for what we need it for, a home base computer to access internet, write school papers ect. The upgraded monitor, made me giddy when I hooked it all up!!!!!!!! Yes, the tower can be a little on the noisy side, but really....... that's how a little older tower is. I would buy from this company, and buy this deal again in a heartbeat.Best value out there !

product was exactly as represented, all components were as described. The computer and components are working just fine and I think this is a good selection for an inexpensive computer.There were minor scratches, etc but nothing functional. I would purchase similar again.

mar 11-21 i bought one of your computers for my wife we are seniors she uses it very little today may 5-21 it would not start it is at computer repair with issues i cant return it and we cant afford to fix it we are on pension after all you assured us that it was an excellent machine and now computer is kaput i took a chance and called amazon even tho the warranty had expired and they are sending me a new computer at no cost now thats what you call excellent service a hearty thankyou from our home to yours i am a solid customer of amazon from this day forth
