We originally bought this tap as a 'temporary' solution when moving into our new house. A low price tap that would do the job until we could fix with a 'better quality' solution.However, on receiving and installation we have been very surprised with the quality and look. Needless to say, this tap is now a long term solution and will possibly find its way into a newly installed kitchen in the near future.It is not only good quality but easy to install with good quality fittings.We would buy again. The delivery was fast and the package very well presented.

Bought to replace mixer tap for 97 year old mother in law, who was finding the levers too fiddly on her existing tap. Chose this due to the larger sized levers, and she's happy as they're much easier for her to operate. Good quality construction, nice looking tap. Plumber replaced the old for the new in less than 20 minutes

Wasn’t sure if these would look cheap. Quick delivery and they made my white skin look really expensive. Work like a dream. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money.

Brilliant product. Really love this tap and the ease of use. Love that it comes with a filter end too. Fits great with our butler sink - just the right size. Easy to install.

These taps represent good value compared to similar products. Even more expensive taps of this type are difficult and expensive to repair when parts wear, so they are probably disposable. Be sure you have the correct fittings to plumb into your H & C water - there are different types, so you may ned adaptors. Once installed these taps look and function very satisfactorily.

Looks good and plumber was impressed by the prize. Unfortunately after only 5 months of normal use the handle has got lose and not sure how soon it will be before it come off. Not impressed as we had to pay for a plumber to have it fixed. Just noticed it can only be returned within 3 months of purchase so very disappointed indeed!

The black finish on my tap has started to chip off, despite only wiping it down with a soft cloth to clean it, and there are brown marks round the spout where it is corroding (this is also after the H & C indices fell off and had to be replaced). I contacted the seller who said it’s out of warranty, yet was only bought in 2021, so a 10 year warranty seemingly expires after 3 years. Extremely poor quality tap and service
