2 MOA Red Dot Sight - Ronin V10 1x35mm Red Dot Sight - Shake Awake Rugged Red Dot- Tactical Reflex Sight with KillFlash

Learned of this from 704 Tactical on YouTube. For my use this is for my backup rifle and it was impressive. The dot is very clear and easy to pick up. The mounting is rock solid with no wobble. Have not been to my local range due to this Chinese Virus going around so cannot say much for durability but will update review once all this nonsense blows over. My biggest draw to this unit is the fact that it uses a very common AAA battery as opposed to a specialty coin or a CR123. A battery was included but I advise using a better one if you can such as a Duracell. Also note this does not have a on or off switch and is motion activated and will turn off after 4 hours of inactivity. If you are on the fence then just go for it!

All In All it's a Very Nice Red Dot Scope. The dot is crisp and round. The 'Kill-Flash' is very high quality and seems to actually disappear when you target through the scope. The intensity adjustments are very nice and work just as good as on scopes costing 5 or 6 times as much as I paid for this one! The quality of this product is amazing for the price-point. Looks a lot like an Aimpoint and from what I can see, just as good. I will be back to purchase more of this seller's products! Thanks NorthTac!!!UPDATE: This red dot sight continues to amaze me! I've put about 2000 rounds through 4 different rifles using it and it seems to be just as good as when I put it on my AR for the first time. I've got two much more expensive red dots that I have left in the safe just so I could put this one through it's paces. It has held up beautifully!!! I am really impressed with the durability so far. The pelican style case that the dot came in is just as durable. I normally put the red dot back in the case when I'm travelling to my shooting destinations. The case is really high quality and is very handy to have. 5*****s!!!!

The unit looks great and has a dot that is the perfect size and clarityI’m mounted it on one of my A.R. 15’s and it call witnesses perfectly with the stock sites. Then for no reason at all it just didn’t turn on so I thought the battery was dead and I ended up going through four batteries but nothing worked. So then I emailed the company my query of what I could be doing wrong or what may be wrong with the unit and they sent me back an email telling me they were aware of a problem with a batch of units but I was welcome to pay the shipping to send it to them This red dot sight the Ronin V 10 was never subjected to any actual use the gun was never fired with the scope attached to it. So while it was a great price I would rather have just spent an extra hundred dollars and bought some thing that was going to work properly. That choice is on me so I bear the blame for making that choice but when a company is aware of a problem and they’ve actually identified the problem in an entire batch of products I think they have a responsibility to track down where are the products went through the vendor so that the end-user is aware of the situation and can send it in for repair. The end-user should not find out by surprise that the unit has a problem or even worse that the company knew the unit had a problem but didn’t say anything. There’s another person who made a YouTube video about his experience with the customer service people I’m not going to put myself through that kind of hassle because frankly I don’t have any confidence in their products tour I would even want to replace this unit with a new one. I would caution anybody considering buying one of these to look at the facts in my experience. The gun was never fired with the scope attached to it so this red dot sight failed for no reason related to use. The company knew it had a problem or that’s just the standard excuse they’re giving and still expected the end-user to pay the shipping to send their defective piece of equipment back to them that doesn’t sound like good business practices to me. Last but probably most if you can’t count on a red dot sight to stay functional even on a gun that hasn’t been fired then how can you possibly expect it or rely on it to be functional on a gun that you’re actually using. It is now a very tactical paperweight

My new Northtac Ronin V10 Red Dot Sight came with a very nice black case containing the sight. The case alone would sell for about $15. It makes excellent storage for the sight or other related items. The sight uses and came with a AAA battery, a black lens cloth, flip up lens caps and a kill flash on the front objective. Well illustrated instructions also included. This sight works just as described and has one of the sharpest red dots I have ever seen and I own many different brands including Vortex. This red dot features 10 levels of brightness, auto on/off detected by movement as well as the ability to manually control the on and off by using the -/+ buttons. I mounted it to my Kel Tec CMR30 and it lined up / co-witnessed with the existing sights without making any adjustments. I am so impressed with the quality build of this sight. Life time warranty, flip up lens caps, kill flash filter and looks great.... like one of the $600 Aimpoint sights that I would never be able to afford. All I can say is just WOW! Thank you Amazon and Northtac for making such a great deal available.

I purchased this in January 2021 and when I received it I was very excited. I put it on my AR-15, used it probably 3 times. I turned off the motion activation feature and had it off for about three months. I took the ar back out to shoot and the battery was dead, I figured maybe it was just an old battery. I changed the battery took it to the range and it worked fine. I took it back home and tried to turn on the motion activation feature, it will no longer save the motion activation feature. So now I have a red dot sight that I have to pull out about once a month to replace the battery because even though its turned off it sucks the battery dry just sitting. I purchased this for a home defense rifle that I will be taking the sight off because if I need it to protect my family's life's or my own life it's not something I'd be willing to trust. If you are taking it to the range it's fine make sure you keep aaa's in your gun bag but for a home intruder situation I'd STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere.
