Great product. It is safe and easy to use.

Pros: I have owned this product for two weeks now. As a male, I use this on my face twice per week in the evening and then apply a light face lotion that is made for anti-aging and treating acne. Before using this product, I usually have trouble with one or two small zits in the morning. But using the derma roller with my facial product has resulted in no zits at all and my skin feels smooth.Cons: The first day I used the roller, the roller rolled smoothly. However, starting the next day, the roller became super squeaky. I still use the same roller (I didn't return it or anything) but it can be annoying (enough for me to take off a star). I've bought a different, cheap derma roller as well and that one also squeaked a lot, too. So I'm still looking for a roller that does not squeak as much.

I have to agree with the video showing how easy this is to use. You can find the video when you look up the product here on the website. She's studying to be a dermatologist and she highly recommended this particular product. It does not make your skin irate, and it does not hurt when you roll like most other rollers I've used. You can actually use this particular roller on your face every day. That's what I do. Or set your own schedule to use the roller. But, this is the best I've used thus far. I'll continue to use this one on my face. The results are good.

i use for my scalp to promote hair growth but i don’t know if i really see any changes. it leaves a tingly itchy feeling after use especially if you go over the same spot a lot

I was a little hesitant about rolling 540 microneedles across my face, not only did it sound like it was going to hurt, but how could putting small holes in my face really make me look younger? However, after doing some research, I decided to give it a try and boy am I glad I did. The first day I tried it, I was surprised to find that the needles didn’t hurt at all and I couldn’t see any holes in my skin, so I decided to keep working with it. To test the product, I only rolled the right side of my face. After 15 days, the right side of my face looked as if I had had a face lift! I couldn’t believe it. My skin was looking healthy, moisturized and had tighten quite a bit. In fact, I was so happy with the product that I got my Mom to buy one too and the results were the same for her and she is 74 years old!I would like to see better instructions, as I had to watch videos to fully understand how to use the roller.

I bought this because I just turned 50 and started using retinol, hyralonic acid and Vitamin C serums in my beauty routine and saw that this was mentioned in reviews for those products. For the price why not try it? So I did. The first treatment it took several days for the tiny holes to heal up and got a little worried like what did I do. They small holes healed up after about 3 days. Then several days later my face looked so much smoother! Even my neck which I haven't been happy with, it's showing thinner skin and age more than my face. It's looking younger! I did a 2nd treatment about 4 days later after all was healed up. This time I noticed no small holes and applied the serums after. My face feels so good and looks great. And my neck actually doesn't look as thin skinned or as crepey. I wish I did before and after pictures. It's plumper and more subtle, smoother. I am actually going makeup free many days of the week.
