This is traditional meds used to combat all sorts of pain. Bought it for my father. U have it use it for 7 days and from 14th day u'll start seeing the effect. Like all Ayurveda med it ll take time to show effect.

stiff joints are a pain...nothing serious but a bit of strain when bending knees, hips, and such other joints to an extreme angle. using this oil really helps in lubricating the joints and easing movement...the product is slightly viscous and has a unique ayurvedic smell...i love it.....worth buying...go for it!!

this is one of the best oil i have applied for joint pains or knee pain. one of my friend from kerala recommended me this oil from this company and it has benefited me and my mother a lot. he also advised to warm or slightly heat the oil before applying.
