I am delighted with my purchase!!!
As already mentioned by a previous reviewer, it is actually quite roomy inside [for a 'cloche']. At approx six feet long by four and a half feet wide, there is room for several trays of seedlings. I am delighted with my purchase!!!I have tried several of the more upright plastic [sheeting] greenhouse/cold-frame type-things in the past and they are okay but all are rather flimsy and really are best thought of as 'disposable' after one season. This Horti-Hood certainly seems as though it should last longer (but, of course, only time will tell). It may take a minute or two to undo the supplied tie-downs to get into the Horti-Hood, but I have found the types that have zips or Velcro on them to be worse than useless - the zips break in next-to-no-time and the stitching fastening the Velcro to the sheeting usually comes undone quite quickly. No such problems with the Horti-Hood [No zips and no Velcro].I actually didn't use the Horti-Hood's supplied string ties [guy ropes] and instead used several elastic straps with hooks on the end - hence I can get into mine almost instantly. But using the supplied guy ropes would be almost as quick. Most of these sort of things do have a reinforcing mesh sandwiched within the plastic sheeting - for strength. This is why they are often not 100% clear. This does not noticeably affect the light levels inside at all though. I have grown plenty of healthy plants under this reinforced type of sheeting in the past.Overall, took me a good half-hour to carefully thread the poles into the sleeves. Probably would have been easier if there had been two of us.Cant fault this product ... looking forward to growing stuff in it now.If this is the 'mini' size, then the normal size must be flippin' massive!UPDATE UPDATE (08/02/15):I broke a pole [my fault]. Contacted the supplier and they sent a new pole by return post. They also sent me a list of their retailers who DO stock spare parts. ! IMPRESSIVE !

I think it is a good idea, but needs tweaking a bit and in ...
Was quite excited by this until I put it into use. It is really only usable in the middle areas for anything other than seedlings. I had to use additional pegs and ties to hold it down in windy weather. One morning, just a few weeks after buying it, I went out and one of the struts had failed. I think it is a good idea, but needs tweaking a bit and in the meantime I will stick to mini cloches and my other heath robinson structures.

Not what was required
It was the wrong size and not easy to assemble

Waste of money
Perhaps this the first bad review I has written on Amazon, but I was so much let down by this product. First of all, the cover is not clear as described, for the this version, allowing little light in. Secondly, the construction is flimsy, one of the fiberglass poles snapped after only one day of use. Having contacted the maker of the product, spare components are not available.

Ease of use
Idea plant protection anywhere in the garden, easy to use and to stow away.Great product.

Well made and roomy.
Well made and quite easy to assemble, although instructions could be a little clearer re fixing the ends of the poles into the metal eyelets. More room than expected so, as well as fitting more plants under it, I'm able to over winter some of my taller potted shrubs in the centre to keep them out of the worst of the weather. The cover is more opaque than anticipated but does let light in and looks sturdy enough to keep and frost away and the 'hood' design makes access easy from either end to water/check plants.
